They are moving too fast for there own good. Got the notes kinda right and the drink sorta right. Asked for no whip because of an allergy so they scraped it off…. Whatever Starbucks
Asked for a straw as they don’t have straws you can get yourself, you have to ask for one. I asked and the worker was so rude and said “just give me a second alright” and ended up sort of throwing the straw at me in a way. But get this, the straw was already torn open halfway and bent. What kind of place is this.

i saw some people enjoying their coffee others working on their computers, and i saw a hard working staff. nice place all in all. Worth a visit

I am giving the staff here 5 super stars! Especially the manager Chase. He remembers my order, always very nice, attention to details, helping his new colleagues taking orders while busy making drinks. He remembers customers wanting extra caramel, more milk, special requests even when he's not the one taking or making the order. I observed him training new staff with kindness & patience, always trying to ease their nerve when they forgot something. He makes customers' experience a great one and provides a friendly and healthy work environment to his new colleagues.
I would rate this Starbucks 15 stars out of five, if I could.Where do I start? How about with the fabulous people there: from Kris (Manager) to Addis; to Jake (Superman); to Jared (Good Man); to Charlie everyone just brings there amazing personalities to this Starbucks and that is what makes this a truly amazing place to go. I have been frequenting this place for over five years and cannot fault these guys one bit. I love seeing them everyday and I can honestly say my coffee picking experience is one of the delights of my day because of these guys.Oh, and just like some other people have mentioned the parking situation here is not adequate for how busy it gets so its best to use mobile ordering through the app and you will be set.
Went to the store on Eisenhower Ave. in Alexandria three times for the medicine ball tea and 3 times they had no peppermint for the tea, defeats the whole purpose..Unacceptable?
