Service and food was good on other visits, but coming in before 3:30pm on a Wednesday to be told they're closed already isnt good if the hours list til 4pm.
Only one staff member yet he was super kind and efficient
It is nice to have this in the hotel. Be forewarned if you are a guest in the hotel and you think it will be open in the evenings - it wasn't during my weekend stay.

First observation the staff was great. Line moved rather quickly. Breakfast sandwiches got mixed reviews. Inventory seemed to have issues with some not available. Day 1 sandwich muffins were a little hard and meat was not warmed through. Day 2 still inventory issues but sandwich muffins and warming were not problematic.
Really efficient woman working there, and while she wasn't overwhelmed by the job, seemed every strike was against her: only person there and payments system was down. That said, she handled with class, got change and cranked out drinks for a long (but not impatient) line with efficiency. She communicated clearly what was happening and we got it. Just frustrated because I had a big order and wanted to get my Starbucks points for a promotion. They weren't accepting mobile orders or the Starbucks payment options. Just plastic or cash.
I liked this Starbucks for its location and ambiance. Staff Tiara and Alfonse were very helpful in navigating me through the internet. Since my order was just regular coffee, it was delivered quickly without any waiting period. I could finish my project work with sheer concentration.
Although it's just another Starbucks, one might expect some hint about the historic building behind the order counter. If there is some kind of historical reference, I didn't notice it...and Starbucks coffee is consistent.
