I drive out of my way to come here and get my coffee every morning!!! I love their customer service and the staff here are amazing! I am very big on my morning coffee experience!!! You guys are amazing. NAHED <3
Man it was really icy I need me a refund it wad do icy to the point it was water Igot a caramle ribbon crunch frape and it was so watery.
The “shift manager” (jk) tonight was so rude, I’ll never go back to this location again. She was even rude to the other employee in the store, who was kind. Seriously, find a job where you’re not working with the public. For the good of everyone.
Ive gone mid-day ordering ahead and via walk in. Never had a problem, my drink always tastes delicious and the ladies working are always kind. I can see how the negative reviews would be frustrating during the morning rush. Maybe ordering ahead is the way to go instead of waiting. My personal experience has been better at this location than some of the other locations.
Absolutely ridiculous to have 6 employees working at 8:30 am while all employees are preparing mobile orders which are taking precedence over walk in customers. Plus barista had an attitude well “ good morning to you too”. How about at least one barista working “walk in only “ 15 minute wait and no one else in line in the cafe. Unacceptable
EXCELLENT service! in particular the barista Ashley is SUPER kind and SUPER efficient! During Thanksgiving and any holiday they don’t skip a beat and provide extra care. They have great messages with their decorations and service. When you go there you are not just a customer but a friend!
I've had my fair share of understandable issues at this location, but one that really can't go unmentioned is that NO ONE here knows anything about coffee/tea/food. I'm not talking about snobby coffee facts or tea growing season, I'm talking basic health/safety concerns. No one at the counter can tell you what is/is not gluten free and no one can reliably tell you what does/does not have caffeine in it. Some people need to avoid these things for their health and not being able to articulate the menu to help someone out when you're out of an item they ordered is just not okay. I was told a bunch of things that are full of caffeine were caffeine free today and given an attitude for being unable to eat gluten/caffeine, like it was my choice to have dietary restrictions or something. It may not seem like a big deal to most people but genuinely, if you can't learn common allergens in the menu where you work, Do Not Work There.
As stated by others, the wait times are beyond unreasonable (especially for how many of them are working compared to the number of customers). I am the only one here and I have waited 15 min for my drink. This happens every time. Furthermore, my drink is frequently incorrect (and I’m talking no changes, ordering the drink as is from the website!). Lastly, they don’t ever taste that good. Of all the Starbucks, why is this the one closest to me??!! First world problems I guess. I will continue to give my business to the local folks as it should be anyway.
The wait times are ridiculous. It takes over 20 minutes to make 1 drink. There's so many of us order aheads that just stand here waiting and waiting for our drinks and we have work to go to. Soooo annoying.
Waiter 25 mins for the coffee just for them not to make it right or fill the cup properly.
