As a pink girl lover. I’ve visited many Starbucks stores over places, but this location will always be my favorite one. What a warm welcome the staff bring, makes me feel good no matter how my day is going. Nice, clean and organized store. As a manager from another company I love this store. Highly recommend—❤️
Today during my visit Monica treated me with excellent customer service super friendly, and very professional she is a wonderful person! Starbucks you have a real gem in your company! A+ service
I come in here often and work on my laptop. The crew is extremely nice, they always greet me when I walk in and are very polite, sometimes asking how I'm doing. One day I had a lot on my mind and one of the baristas asked how I was and I said "ive been better." well they proceeded to sit down and talk to me about it and seemed genuinely concerned.In the many times ive come here they have gotten my order wrong only twice and both times they made it right and didnt charge me. Really cant say enough things good about this place, this store's employees-customer interaction should probably serve as a model for other franchises.
I stopped by that location to grab some coffee and cake, they barely had some there which is not reflecting how the store is big a well positioned!! Everything went okay until our friend the barista (female) was rude to me for asking a cup holder which is her fault not giving it to customers especially when ordering a hot drink ?!!! Such a rude and unprofessional customer service!! I won’t stop there anymore!!!
I go there to work on my laptop and get their nitro cold brew which gives me the energy to get things done. However, the last time I was there they made everyone leave because they said both toilets were stopped up and it was their policy that no one could be there without a working bathroom. I would like to say what is the chance two toilets get stopped up the same day and hour? Hard to believe!
Lady at the drive through was so friendly and positive, it really boosted my mood for the day. Coffee and food were great! Will be visiting frequently.
Excellent customer service in the drive through area, the lady was very kind. All the coffees were made to perfection, no company at all. I didn’t find a line and the order was out quick.
Kind and friendly people, but they are always busy, never have enough almond croissants and usually run out before 10am, and some associates do not follow my direct instructions to make my requested drink, as I need to have a specialized drink made my way being a type II diabetic. That's right I can't have any substance in my coffee/frap that contains additional sugar products.
Got the salted caramel cold brew at around 7 pm, it was terrible. The coffee was was to strong, they didn’t add the syrup in the cold brew, and the cold foam on top was dissolved. Maybe the morning shift is better
I'm a barista, this isn't my home store, but it's definitely my home away from home store, they always make me feel so great. Some of the staff know me by name now and I always look forward to catching up as a barista and a customer. The drive thru is always packed but usually no longer than a 10 to 15 minute wait which isn't terrible at all especially when they make sure your order is always right! ??
