I don’t normally leave reviews for a franchise. Only doing this to save other’s time. SKIP THIS STARBUCKS. Just go 10 minutes down the road to the next one. They are incredibly slow. If you do a mobile order they just line drinks up behind the counter and don’t bother to call them out or put them out. It’s infuriating to wait 10 minutes and then ask and realize its been sitting there since before you got in. Oh, don’t even bother ordering food. Not even mobile. They’ll screw it up regardless or tell you they are “out”.

The latte was great but it took 20 minutes and some others in line said they were waiting longer. I’ve never seen baristas move so slowly. It was a real bummer.

I must admit I cannot drink Starbucks it does not agree with me but I do love visiting the store and buying the cookies that they sell there and the coffee cups to give as gifts

Some of the staff need training. Mobile orders are always placed in front. At least 8 of us were waiting for orders that were just sitting behind the counter for over 10 mins. Staff at the front just stared back at us as if we were standing around in the morning rush for our health.If there was some sort of change made on how mobiles orders are handled thay should be stated.

2 days in row I ordered espresso drink which turned out very weak. When came back for remake, the remake was weak. Staff said machine not working properly and had put in numerous tickets on it but no repair visit yet. . .They should NOT be using it!!Willingly deliver deficient product to customers.Once upon a time Starbucks staff made drinks by hand. Now they just push buttons. If machine failing, they cannot fix.

It's a Starbucks. Drinks are loaded with sugar. Staff are indifferent. Seating is hard to find. Go to Java Loco up the street. You'll be much happier.

Emad was great! He greeted me upon arrival and corrected me on the drink I wanted because I said it wrong lol — he and the rest of the staff was great. Very friendly environment! I recommend!

Never had problem at this location until I walked in today to order ice Carmel Macchiato and I wish I can give this place -0 start . While I was waiting for my order I noticed that one of the stuff took of her mask and took shot of Espresso which is Insane to me in middle of Pandemic smh. So asked the cashier for my money back instead the white guy I believe his name is Andrew extremely rude and unprofessional refused to give my whole charge back instead he gave me the wrong amount. He needs more customer service training.

I asked for refund being 10 mins past the time it was supposed to be made (I was in rush so I pre-ordered, which I don't do on regular basis). I have not been acknowledged until I requested a refund. Suddenly, a young lady says it's been made, and it's still hot (and everyone disturbs trying to convince me not to do return), when I have been watching them for 10-15 mins seeing the coffee was standing on the side for quite a while and really had to go (I arrived just shortly after placing order to get my coffee freshly made not to be sitted on the counter). I ended up taking the coffee and leaving, as I was already late for work.. Poor customer service, no team work.. Good communication and just simply noticing someone who is standing there in front of you is a must in this industry, and is simply expected when you have an overload of orders. No one would have complained if you werw up front with what the situation is and be polite. Not returning. You just lost a regular.

Always quick, orders are correct, people are good and obv work hard..Hits are corporate: inventory is incorrect online.Parking is awful, but that's a difficulty of the nice location
