I love the staff; hate the management.This is the only Starbucks I have ever been to where management forbids employees from unlocking the chain on the outdoor chairs even on a nice day. Or so I’ve been told.So despite Starbucks shutting down all of its stores in 2020 and asking people to wear a mask, you must sit inside this crowded coffee house even with beautiful weather.
Was crowded and very slow. Took 25 mins to get a donut and breakfast sandwich heated up
Great staff and worked with me using a phone showing a text of what Im supposed to order. They rock
not sure what the deal is but whenever i’ve gotten tea here it’s just doesn’t taste the same as elsewhere else…especially not the chai tea i usually love… it tasted more like the coconut milk i asked for rather than the spicy misc!
I dont like this pace because the employee is treating costumers bad. Very very bad!

This is my favorite store! I love the customer service! I had a great chat with a barista named “Stef” super informative, she made my drink perfectly and helped me with some advice! The whole team over there are such amazing people! I would give a 12/10 if I could! I love coming here
Stephanie was extremely rude and nasty. She messed up my order and she had nasty attitude. She needs customer service training,She needs to be fired she doesn’t deserve to be shift leader. She’s abusing her power.
