Food was tasteless and atmosphere is not inviting. Don't have napkins readily available for customers convenience and sanitizers should be on each table. Poor management. The only Sarku I don't like.
The chicken isn’t undercooked but it looked and tasted as if it was fried in a pan with the lid over it. It had a rubbery consistency to it. I’m not sure what’s going on with this particular location.
Placed my order an HOUR ago. Still waiting. Why do they have 10+ people working if they can’t make the food fast enough. Doesn’t make sense.

Do not eat here, it is clearly criminal and they're not even good at that.Meal was proof that "likable" and "edible" not two qualities of food that often overlap.Customer service was just fine, not sure what the other complaints were about. If you're walking into an over worked place where the employees likely don't make enough to deal with people, expect some snark.My issue was the food. Dumplings were largely overly dry inedible crust, chicken was slimy, rice wasn't bad other than the slime, wasn't brave enough to try the salad, California roll had the fishiest fake fish (normally a sign that it's being cut with something else), and the tempura California roll was better than it's tempura-less counterpart but ever so slightly.My recommendation, for most dumplings, but especially these are that you mix a solution 2:1 soy sauce and gochujang paste. Makes most of the meal go down easier than yum yum sauce.

It's a nice lunch spot when your hungry and on a budget.
The usual great tasting food.The only problem per se' - is that there is still no inside dining at this late date in time (August 18th, 2021).There are only pick-up or delivery options at this time.Beyond that, they serve very tasty and reasonably priced food, with only very short waits (5-10 minutes) to receiving your delicious "ready-to-go" meal.
The shrimp they’re using is canned. It is absolutely disgusting. I will not be eating from here any longer.
Great food I love how you have three choice on rice, noodles, fried rice. After my meal I was content cant complain.
Horrible place....Too expensive....and the food tasted like cardboard. O was my first time going, and my last !!!!!
