Ordered 3 meat combo. 1/2 chicken with two sides. Pupusa. Extra side of fried rice. With the 3 mat combo I asked for lamb. It was a single bite sized piece. Not bigger than a quarter. Then forgot a side. The 1/2 chicken combo was ordered with yucca. They forgot the yucca. The pupusa then took 25 minutes and gave me the wrong kind. Food was good but the service was just lacking.
Edwin & the Sardi’s crew are phenomenal! Always so nice and welcoming. This restaurant is always clean even when they’re busy. I also love the portions for each dish, definitely worth every cent & visit
If you are ever in town, this is the place to eat at. Much bigger portion, delicious and tasty. People who work there are very humble, good. You can tell them your preferences, they will make it for you. Best customer service.
Waited almost 30 min for our food, to make a bowl to go. We saw the person bring it out from the back and it sat on the counter to get cold for five mins before the persons bagged it up to bring it over to us. Prices were way higher than expected, the cashier brushed it off by saying the paper menu we were using was old.Two stars only because the food did taste good.
The restaurant and the staff at the Hagerstown store are great! The owner goes above and beyond to make sure every one of his customers is happy. I definitely recommend eating here.
I have ordered from this Sardis location multiple times. Lately, the food and service has been downhill. Sardis is always forgetting something, giving the wrong food, or providing old food. Someone is going to get sick. I couldn't even eat my last order.
For the amount of money spent, this is a disappointing amount of food from the so called "Ultimate 3 meat." Wouldn't recommend.

Generous portion of the salmon special, very clean place and friendly service. Salmon special was delicious with plenty of sides.
The good. Clean establishment with friendly and courteous staff. Ordered Pollo Saltado with fried sweet plantains (maduros). The bad. The chicken was tough because it was over cooked. Same for the maduros which were burnt. Won't return to this location.
