I had not been to the Macaroni Grill in about 2 years. I forgot how good it was. Our waitress was very good, friendly. The food was delicious. I will be back again soon.

We always loved coming here but it has gone downhill. Our server was wonderful but the food is not the same as before. Lobster bisque salty, chicken Parmesan overcooked and half of the items on the dessert menu we couldn’t order. They were scratched off with a pen. The bathroom I think might have mold. It was not worth going.

I dinned at Marconi grill Franconia on Mother’s Day, the food was really awesome and managers was absolutely fantastically visiting tables while it was really busy.I was sitting beside a family with dog which scared my kids so we asked the server to ask them to keep him away. The family was very rude to the manager and server, the mother was absolutely rude and kept using bad language to the point my kids were upset. We will definitely return to dine, hopefully this family will not be there.I loved the atmosphere and food there.

I came here for Mother’s Day with my mom, dad, and service dog (small) for a fun lunch during a long drive back north from Florida. I had the unfortunate luck of having Mohamed as a waiter, who was absolutely atrocious. He gave my mother a very snark tone and disrespectfully answered her questions multiple times, whenever we asked him for something, very politely I may add, he would quickly turn his head and walk away, before we were even finished with the other items we wanted to order , he assumed we were done talking , WHILE we were speaking. To top it all off , he had the audacity to ask me if my service animal IS indeed a service animal , while wearing his service vest, a half hour into our lunch , with food already on the table, he seemed very happy with the assumption my dog was not a service animal so he can boot us. Mohamed was by far the rudest and worst waiter I’ve ever experienced in my life, and I feel absolutely awful to the other people sitting around me who got some of his pushy/rushing/out of your face ordering style. If zero was an option I would give it. everyone else here was great, Mohamed disrespected my mother on Mother’s Day.

Went out for a early mother's day dinner, my fiancee's and my mother both had flown out to see us and we came out rather late in the evening. Taryanna was our server and she was amazing! She was having fun and joking with us and overall made our experience one worth remembering. Food was great and a lobster bisque checks all the boxes, and their lambrescuo was perfect for our table of 4 and to top it off the tiramisu was the sweet end we needed.

Everything was Great!!!!

two COLD Chicken Marsala's and a kids bowl of COLD butter noodles. informed waiter, microwaved HOT = crunchy al dente noodles, had to ask for extra sauce as none was with the chicken. the amount of chicken was small for $20.50, we each had an appetizer, bread and oil, each had two salads (unlimited for $3), and we ate all of the chicken, we found desert else where! There's a $2 "Temporary Inflation Fee" charged per table... this was not worth the $80 charged (excluding one refunded chicken)

The lady seating people was mad and complaining to customers by 12:30 Noon.

The food was salty! We ordered the steak with mashed potato and broccolini which was the best dish. Shrimp with capellini, pasta milano, penne rustica, caesar salad and fried calamari. The restaurant wasn’t packed but service was so slow! I was quite frustrated by how our waitress didn’t come to check on us after the food arrived. She was nice though but the service was horrible. The food portion was pretty small, too. Would not come back.

Delicious Italian food. I really liked the spaghetti and the lasagna. The stuffed mushrooms were great. I also got a lobster bisque and with an extra $3 I got as much more as I wanted. Awesome!
