Great place foe some healthy eats! A variety of choices also. I mostly go for the smoothies and bowls, all have been good that I've gotten.

Had the mango and turmeric. Smoothie was delicious, but you could really taste the turmeric. The spice is always a little bit gritty and a smoothie. Really impressed with robeks.

So disappointing to see some good reviews as I usually don't leave reviews but my experience here felt unwelcoming. I visited today (July 30th) craving a smoothie on a hot day. My sister and I walked in and was not greeted by any of the 4-5 employees that were in there. A simple "hi, hello, welcome etc." would have been nice since I've never been to Robeks before but have heard many good things about It and was very excited to try It. After browsing the menu for about a minute, we were ready to order. However ended up leaving because no one seemed to be available to help the gentleman in front of us who was ready to order as well.
Smoothies are always good but today I dealt with one of the rudest and most passive aggressive employees I’ve ever dealt with in over a decade of managing customer service based employees. I’m sorry you have to work on Memorial Day. But taking it out on a customer is never called for. And to add insult to injury staring me down as I walk out the door just makes your whole team look bad when you the employee are the problem. Manager needs to do a performance expectation plan with this employee and figure out whether customer service is the right fit for them. And mind you, none of this should have happened as this was an online order. None of this poor customer service should have even had a chance to happen. So that should tell you - you really have a problem employee to deal with.
I was excited to find this place since I didn't want anything heavy for dinner. I've been to many locally-owned and national chains that sells juices and/or smoothies and this one would rank towards the bottom of my list. While the staff was friendly, the smoothie I received was not worth the almost $10 I paid for it, nor the amount of gas it took me to get there.
