Server was nice but totally inept. Bought each item out 1 at a time, entree was bought out over 1/2 hour later. Asked for hot water, received everything except what was requested. Ordered another bowl of soup was nor able to get to eat there.He was pleasant but that is all I can say
Just bought two orders of Alfredo and it tastes soapy and moldy to me. It’s also clumpy and smells like soap. The rest of the food we ordered was just fine. The staff were nice and friendly though.Manager helped me to get a refund, I’ve gone to this red lobster many times and they never failed me before. Thank you for refunding the Alfredo, they were very helpful, respectful, and apologetic.The

We went to this restaurant on a busy Sunday night in April. After a 20 minute wait, we were given a booth in a quiet corner. Our server, Ginger, was friendly and attentive. We shared a lobster bisque, delicious, crisp coconut shrimp, a house salad, blackened salmon, and French fries. We always enjoy the cheddar biscuits. The food was very good and well priced.
Reservation time doesn’t seem to matter. Sat waiting for 30 mins as did others who had reservation. Seems the restaurant honors first come first serve approach. Very odd.
Definitely not as good as before something. They've drop the ball. Monday nite wait time 45 min. Artichoke dip was terrible. Stay clear of anything fried. Def. frozen supermarket taste. Server was pleasant and responsive. Would not recommend.
Waitress was very nice and provided good service. Decent selection of dinner specials. Very inexpensive lunch specials. Food was delicious, although some items were not as hot as others.
This restaurant is a staple in the city of Alexandria, and doesn't disappoint. The food is consistently good and so is the service. I guess that's why this location has been around as long as it has. I enjoy myself every time I come here, I'll be back!
My order was supposed to be ready at 7:06 PM and brought out to curbside but I had to continually go in and out of the restaurant to check on the status of my order to no avail. Then at 8:20 pm they found my order behind another order and it was cold. Makes paying premium prices for seafood not worth while! This location needs to have someone working the takeout window at all times. I was there an hour and a half and that room had one person in it for about 10 mins and that was when I finally got my food. Horrible. You’d think with new competitors across the street they’d step it up but your better off going to crafty crab.
I had a wonderful meal and experience here. The biscuits were better than I remember, considering I haven't been to a red lobster in over 2 years. The seaside shrimp trip was super filling and the seafood stuffed mushrooms were on point. Was not a fan of the mozzarella sticks, but that didn't ruin my experience. Just won't get them again. My server was PERFECT and ATTENTIVE. I wish I could remember her name. I'll update the review next time I go and ask her. Everything came out delicious and in a timely manner.
