Quite an upsetting experience. On our recent school trip to the area. We were scheduled to eat with our school at this restaurant. Our driver pulled the bus up near the establishment and we proceeded to unload students and chaperones. The manager came out to the driver and was very upset that he had stopped there for us to unload the students. He started shouting which shocked the chaperones and children. We were then told to wait around the side of the building and to move the bus. Which we did. The atmosphere was tense. We waited over 15 minutes to be seated in the restaurant. The manager also wanted the students to enter the establishment first and then all the parents/chaperones behind. I for one was not letting my child into a place without a familiar supervised adult to reassure him. Some students and chaperones were upset and uncomfortable during our visit. Several did not eat. We did not see the manager again. Not a good evening.
Ok so my school was on a trip in Washington DC, and the burger place we were going to eat at didn't end up getting our order. So, our teacher called the owner and the owner agreed to provide for us 80 KIDS!! And it was 8:00 pm already which is when they were supposed to close, but they still stayed open for us. The food was amazing and the servers were extremely kind even after we kept them after closing hours. Very family friendly and I definitely recommend for any occasion.
The owner and staff were amazing! Our group of 80 on a tour group didn’t get into the restaurant we had scheduled (miscommunication). We called Primo and the owner said he would take care of us. We arrived in 30 minutes- the owner even directed our bus on where we park. The friendly staff served us so much delicious food family style. We had salad, pizza, chicken strips with fries and cookies. Everything tasted delicious and they even kept the restaurant open after hours to accommodate us! I highly recommend this place!!!
We had a restaurant not deliver for our group of 80 from Nebraska. We called and Jimmy fit us in for fabulous food family style in 30 minutes! You don’t find many establishments like this! I highly recommend!
While easily not the fanciest of sit-down restaurants, I certainly appreciated the quality and taste of food. There’s a relaxed atmosphere, open kitchen within view, and fast service. I liked my (half portion) Caesar Salad and really liked the Chopped Steak — wow! My kind of meal decorated with a healthy spread of rice and vegetables. Although attentive, I would say the server could have been a bit friendlier but environmental ambience is really where Primo falls a bit short — otherwise a fantastic family dining experience.
This place is GARBAGE! The pizza bread tastes like cardboard. The cheese tastes like rubber for tires. The Pepperoni is terrible. Employees were rude. The one and only good thing I have to say about this "restaurant" (if you can even call it that) is the bathroom which was really nice. I wish I could give this place a lower rating. I hope I never have to taste their rubber again. I think I'd rather eat out of a dumpster than this place.
This place used to be such a great place. I used to get carry out 2-3 times a week. The food was good, staff were considerate, and the prices were reasonable. Oh how the times have changed. The food is noticeably worse, significantly more expensive (the last time I ordered 2 subs and onion rings it cost 35$), and the staff is not very nice anymore, and they frequently overcharge me. I kept coming back and trying Primos but each time seemed to get worse and worse. It really is a shame. I can not in good faith recommend this place anymore.
I had came here on a field trip from across the states, along with my school mates. The food was absolutely delicious and they were very nice. The chocolate cookies were VERY good that I wanted to take the entire tray that was set for us.Now I want to fly over to Virginia again and come to this restaurant when I head back.Thank you
Food was absolutely awful. Didn’t enjoy anything the place smells like oil and everything is watery. The only good thing is the Chicken tenders and Fries, however the chicken is dry and has no flavor it’s almost like it wasn’t seasoned at all. Pasta was over ran by Parmesan and couldn’t taste the sauce at all. Pizza tasted like cardboard and felt like cardboard. The cookies were hard and I couldn’t even taste the chocolate chips. Owners were also extremely rude bossing around the children around. 1/5 do not recommend
Food was wonderful they were able to Accommodate 64 kids quickly, food taste wonderful service was quick and friendly
