Great food, clean, friendly, and the staff and manager were professional and friendly.
Today is the six. I ordered a sandwich two steakhouse sandwiches regular the sandwich girl was great she also put on the dressings but when I went to pay there was nobody there the cashier was making a milkshake and then she starts yelling her name and the guy is not even there for the milkshake and I’m already waiting six minutes at the cash register mind you it’s packed so I sat down right in front waiting for the cashier past six minutes no cashier first person that comes along she runs to them and Pay For sandwich then the next person To pay for their sandwiches I also waited I didn’t wanna be rude then after the third person I jumped in and told her I’ve been waiting 10 minutes she had to look of a deer in the middle of the road so I didn’t say anything I left I left the sandwiches too I will never go back to potbelly.

I ordered online and the order went through twice. I called to speak with them they told me to call the other location to see if it was placed there. I called, no order, so I called back to figure out what was going. That is when I got the pleasure of speaking with Bianca. I'm shocked how a "manager" can speak to customers. The lack in training of how to deal with issues or properly speak to a customer is horrible. I'm out $110 dollars due to the order going through twice and no food. After I requested her name or a form of ID number to report her behavior, she offered to have it delivered. If you order online, watch your account. If you want poor customer service, then feel free to eat here. Tonight I had the pleasure of speaking to an argumentative poorly trained manager, spending 40 minutes disputing the charges with my bank(they handled it), and figuring out food for 5 people. Thank you Bianca for your rude conversation and I do hope you learn how to speak to customers asap.

I used to always come to this potbelly. I usually have good experiences. Tonight I went in, there were 3 young employees. They all stood around for the first few minutes, I figured they were just organizing their section. But soon after, one of them looks at me and says “ I’m not making any more sandwiches, I’m going to wash dishes” the other two just stare at me and continue to whisper amongst themselves. Needless to say I did not order my sandwich, took my business to the broiler!!They don’t need these kids in there running the show without adults. Bad business, horrible attitudes.
I come to this location frequently never have i experienced this. But i was there yesterday and got the Chicken Salad on Wheat in Big size. the sandwich was wrapped up when i sat down to eat half of it i ate it. The Second half was still wrapped up i sat down today to eat it and a dead Fly came out of the sandwich. This is so disgusting to the core! I called today and spoke to the Manager who doesn't have time to credit me what i spent but she offered to make me another sandwich. I am sorry i lost my appetite to eat from there again! I mean this Dead fly literally dropped out of a fully wrapped sandwich with the Lettuce and chicken salad. I would like a full refund please! I don't have a receipt as i never take the receipt. I have been coming there for years but this was a first and last.

Drastically overpriced and employees need better training on basic customer service! Will not return or recommend!
