UPDATE: Gave it another try today. I was told the chicken sandwich would be about a 5-10 minute wait. I replied that that was no problem. The response back was a disgruntled sigh. I didn't want to be a difficult customer so I drove away to make it easier for them. Reducing my 2 star review to a 1 star review. The spicy chicken sandwich is good though.Food is great but this is the WORST drive thru. The line only moves due to people leaving. I always think I have the patience to wait because I sure love that spicy chicken sandwich. Leaving once again right now. Make sure you have approximately 1 hr to dedicate to getting your food.
Had a staff member rudley tell me to step back with attitude in her voice. The manager saw her and there was no indication that he noticed her attitude. The prices were ridiculous as well, and while I understand that its out of the specific locations control it still impacts customer experience.
I enjoy the savory taste of Popeye's chicken. When I'm hungry and can't sit to enjoy a meal you are my go to meal. Yum!
Usually my goto Popeyes on that side of town but for some reason the lobby was closed and only drive thru was available which moved a bit slower than usual but still good food though I eat it less often.
My meal(fish sandwich & Blackened Chicken Strips) was made to order so, it was, hot & fresh. I will be back soon.
Pretty consistent. Sometimes the chicken has a lot of 'fillers'. Love the fries!
Definitely one of the lower end Popeyes restaurants. Manager was rude and she refused to make anymore chicken tenders. She was yelliing "I'm not making anymore tenders" to her co-worker because it was almost closing time, but they closed in an hour and a half. I had placed it as a mobile order with uber eats, so had to contact them for a refund. Do yourself a favor and avoid going at night.
I don’t normally post reviews for fast food chains but I had to because this was hands-down, no question, the tastiest Popeyes I’ve ever had and my wife agrees. All the food was great but the chicken was amazing and not stringy (you know like when it’s been sitting there for hours? I’ve experienced this at other Popeyes locations and KFC) and the biscuit was cooked to perfection and slightly moist. I was astounded because they are short-staffed and I wait almost 50 minutes in the very long drive-thru line but I was thoroughly surprised that the quality was not affected; it was well worth it. Popeyes needs to give (all of their employees but at least) this store’s employees significant raises for keeping the food tasting incredible while being short-staffed.
WARNING...do not go to this Popeyes unless you have 30-60 minutes spare time. Came here on a Friday around 3:30 and the drive thru line was packed. Ran inside and saw 10 people ahead of me. Decided it must be a busy day so came back the next day at opening time. I was the first in line and it still took 15 minutes, not even exaggerating. They didn't open until 11:05 vs 11:00. Then, it took them 10 minutes to get the money till, I guess they didn't realize they needed that during set up. Whoever the owner of this place is, you need new management. Terrible!
If the food wasn't fresh, I'd definitely give less stars. Almost an hour wait in the drive thru line. Dining room was closed due to lack of Staff.
