Other customers came in after and left with orders before I was ever acknowledged. there was not a line at any time.The floors were so sticky I'm fairly certain the soles of my shoes are glued to them still.I did not bother completing an order, go get KFC instead.
The drive-thru guy just told me that “I must have no money” and that’s why my card didn’t work. So I’m giving 0 to customer service.To that guy: Sir. You don’t know me or my finances (or how to run a card for that matter), and if it were a person truly struggling financially who was trying to get food, this would definitely not be the correct way to speak to anyone anyways.Other than that guy, this place is usually great.
Placed an order online for pickup. App said it would be ready in about 30 minutes and live only a mile away. Got to the store and these jack wagons had not even started making the order yet. Sat there for almost an hour waiting on them to make the food because they did not even start until told we were there for it. They seem to constantly "be out of that" for most of the things you want to get even when they just got a delivery. Never gonna be ordering from this location again, almost 40 dollars and horrible service every time; corporate needs to pay a visit and kick this location into shape.
Frustratingly incompetent staff. Literally incapable of listening to intentionally simple words. Will never return.Edit to add specifics: specified no combo, no sauce, large drink multiple times. Like, it's not a big deal at all but it's like they weren't even listening to anything I said.
Indoor experience: A busy day will make for a long wait. Not everyone will understand your order (especially with a mask). If you don't want to wait, go elsewhere. If you get frustrated when someone doesn't understand you, go elsewhere. I waited long enough that 6 cars ordered before i did. If you think the hiring manager can do a better job, contact Popeye's HQ.Drive thru experience: The food is consistent and very good. Every chicken sandwich I've bought from here has been great. Their fries are controversially the best when it comes to fast food. I have never eaten inside this establishment or used it's restroom, but the drive thru is the most awkward of any drive thru in the area. Lines can be astronomically long and it can take very long to get your order. No fault of the workers or people ordering, but definitely a fault of the establishment owner who fails to address this. Aside from that, we do come here on occasion and it's definitely better than the one in Annandale where there isn't a drive thru and seating indoors is pretty small.

Requested dark meat meal four times, because no one understood, waited 8 minutes for a hot Apple pie. ( No problem) Get home and comfortable... As I'm eating because I'm starving had A WHITE MEAT MEAL. The food was hot and tasty, not what I ordered!. Please work on that!
I love Popeyes, but not this one. Staff is untrained and lacks any customer service skills. Food is hit or miss, they don't care. On my last visit inside the store the lady ask, "would you like a receipt?" Yes please, I said. "Sorry the printer jammed, do you still want one?" Yes, I said. She went to her manager who was setting at a desk, came back and said. "There's nothing we can do."
Long line. Food was Luke warm at best. The fries were cold and nasty. The chicken tasted old and stale. No other Popeyes is close so I will have to eat cold food.
