Eating in always a treat. But order for pickup is not so. Three times ordering for pickup and three times order wrong, items missing and never ready on time and always waiting. The management in-store just isn't good enough... and customer experience suffers. For some reason they are often out of grilled option ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
The slowest fast food joint. No one speaks English, you walk in no one greets you nor apologize for the wait,they are on their cell phone while you wait for your order. When they are done they are too busy talking among themselves. Don’t go there if you’re in a hurry or during lunch
I placed an order on Uber eats. Ordered a 12 piece half and half family meal. Received more baked because apparently I assume they ran out of fried at the time. My baked chicken was soaked and soggy. The wing I picked up to eat was still pink in the inside. My rice was crunchy and mushy. I order from here all the time and I’m shocked and surprised they would send this order out like the way they did.
Put in an order for my crew and the food was delicious. The food was on time and just felt so fresh! Will definitely be back.
Food took 15 minutes even though there were 3 other diners only in the restaurant. The drink machines for horchata, mango and Jamaica were not running but full of fluid settling to the bottom of each. Broken equipment, no grilled chicken at all. My to-go box looked like it was dipped in grease on parts that do not come in contact with food. Music was so loud, the speaker in the ceiling was blown and made the sounds unintelligible.
Excellent customer service, chicken very delicious, fast service ?? All we need as a customer on this location perfect.
I like Pollo Campero, but for whatever reason they’re portion sites I’ve gotten smaller, my rice was half full when I got home, The yuca fries was half empty as well, The chicken was a little dry, I was a disappointment today…
