Customer service was not great. I asked for a gluten free crust and the lady told me it was an additional $3 (which I knew) and I told her it was fine. She never asked if it was an allergy but switched her gloves once I told her it was a gluten allergy but didn’t pass on the information to the other employees. When I stopped the second lady from cutting into my pizza with a dirty pizza slicer and told her I had a gluten allergy she scoffed at me and told me my pizza was already contaminated. She then mumbled a question under her breath and when I asked her to repeat it she practically yelled at me, rolled her eyes and then stuffed my pizzas in their boxes. Extremely rude and dismissive. I’ve never had an issue with &pizza accommodating to my gluten allergy but I felt very discriminated against here tonight. I understand that I came in late but there was still 45 min left until closing time, no point in keeping the store open if the service isn’t going to be good in the later hours. Left the store in tears after how I was treated. Will not be returning again, very disappointed.

ANTS!!! Not sure how to post video I took but I went for lunch and they had several ants on the counter in the area right behind where they add extra stuff to your pizza when it comes out the oven. Told the cashier to let a manager know she didn’t seem bothered or care and didn’t let a manager know. They don’t care? I guess I won’t care either when I post on social media. Called laziness and not giving a F. And when you call they want to communicate with you by text? Great customer service!
This location specifically always has friendly workers and your pizza out in no time. I really enjoy sitting inside and trying the different fountain drinks they have. This is personally my favorite pizza!!!!
Love this place!!! The pizza is always consistently delicious, and the service is even better. Staff and management really know what they’re doing. They have the best suggestions whenever I’m indecisive. Hot honey on pizza? Genius. Extra plus that everyone is friendly and courteous as well—I can always count on their energy to brighten my day. Has been my go-to pizza place for the last 2 years. Highly recommend.
I was a regular customer at this location. The staff is amazing and the pizza out of this world. But unfortunately I have an incident with a gentleman called Cody Roberts, this guy is very unprofessional, rude and disrespectful person. He is a bud apple among those great employees, he can be a liability and a bud example to this great Company. I was mistreated and have to discard my order and send a complaint latter to the main &pizza office to let them know that I will never return back to this location ever. I hope the company will investigate this incident and take the necessary action so more regular customers like me don't get the same mistreatment I was subject for. The rest of those great employees in special the Shop Leader don't deserve to get this kind of comment/review because they are truly a great asset to the company.
Wendy was great! She was sensitive to my dietary needs and suggested tasty items that would complement my "build your own pizza". I didn't realize this location was in Potomac Yards. Will come again!
Good customer service, great price, pizza veggie toppings wasn't fresh today and pepperoni didn't look or smelled fresh, I took off. The fountain ginger lemonade is not the same taste like before it has a citrus color and taste, the color and taste had changed used to be really good. I still recommend this place for a better healthy choice for pizza.
The attitude at this location by the servers working the line is unacceptable! If this is a build your pizza as you go why is there so much attitude when I’m ordering?? One line server, fair skinned, African American, heavy-set woman was the worst. You could tell that she bullys customers and staff. When I confronted her as to how she was talking to me, she became confrontational, rude, and extremely disrespectful. When you get rid of her I’ll be back. Until then, I’ll patronize one of the DC locations. Wow, just a horrible experience.
We enjoyed this place. They have a good selection of toppings. The dough is really good. They only carry priva6bra d soda which is expensive. I would definitely recommend this place.
