Worst service I received from Pizza Hut in years. The employees spoke to me very belittling and gave conflicting and incorrect information. The order showed up over an hour late and then an employee told me I had only made the order 4mins before I called but I had spoken to a different employee and hour earlier and she said my order was about to leave the restaurant for delivery. Then the driver was refusing to deliver the pizza to my building and was instructing me to come find him in the parking lot. It wasn’t until I told him I wasn’t coming to find him and he needed to get out of the car and walk it up to my building that he did. Also the pizza and bread sticks (that I used reward points for) were very cold by the time it got to us. Worse service I have ever received.
We ordered a delivery of breaded boneless chicken, both the app and the receipt state BONELESS, still we received WINGS, with BONES. We spent over 30 minutes calling to clarify this and they kept putting us on wait and the only time someone picked up, he said “I’ll put you through to the manager”… and then they hung up on us, just like that!
I remember how exciting Pizza Hut was in the 80's. Now they are just trying to survive by hiring Craig Robinson (who I like).There is nothing in this world more desperate than a "Detroit style" or "Red Peeper flake" pizza.This type of marketing is probably being planned by a child.I know people from Detroit who have sworn that the Detroit Style Pizza has nothing to do with Detroit. They must have launched that campaign everywhere but Detroit and were ordered not to speak about it or answer any questions in that area.If this is the state of the company, it might be time to unhook it from the breathing machine. As it's time has come and gone.This location was nice and cheery though ?
Ordered ahead and picked up pizza is not as big as I remembered. But overall it was good and quick.
This Pizza Hut was truly a blessing from GOD. It was my granddaughter's 9th birthday, and all she wanted was for the family to come together at a Pizza Hut and have dinner. This was the only dine-in in the DMV that was open. However when we arrived they had just closed the dining hall and taking take out orders only. My daughter spoke with the manager and told him of my granddaughter's desire, and how this was all she was looking forward to for her birthday. ? He (didn't get his name) agreed to allow us to dine in, and they had the perfect table that accommodated all of us. The staff was also pleasant and accommodating. They have no idea how happy ? they made this 9-year-old little girl. They have no idea of the amount of appreciation that we have for this particular Pizza Hut and staff, and on top of that, the pizza? was really really good!! Thank you so much for your hospitality and making my granddaughter's birthday a memorable one. ?❤️
Fix the app and pizza tracking function. Calls were put on hold for over 10 minutes and pizza itself honestly does not taste great. Pizza is pizza I guess and it was filling, but I rate it slightly higher than little Ceasars
The pan pizza dough is awful!!! It used to be good! You guys need to get back to the original recipe for your pan pizza otherwise its just a bland thin crust pizza! Why should I pay more for this???? I wont!
I was very disappointed with my Pizza Hut experience. Will not be returning to this location nor will I recccomend it. I ordered pan Pizza crust and they were sold out, and I requested and paid for extra cheese and did not receive that. The marinara sauce was not fresh nor were the bread sticks. Very disappointed
All the pizza where smashed and the cheese stuck to the box. I never got update regarding how late past the scheduled time the food would arrive which is never fun with 3 hungry kids waiting on their special treat. Our food was really cold.
Time took to get order Over an hour and half to get. The tracking app link did not work only updated once pizza was “on its way” and then still took 30 min to arrive. Pizza was nearly room temperature and soggy when it arrived.
