Shawnta gave us the best customer service! She greeted us as we walked in and was so nice when it came to our pizzas! 10/10 would recommend. Definitely will be coming back to this location!

Don’t order a pizza from here for delivery - three times I’ve done so, three times it has taken over an hour and a half without any update before learning they hadn’t even made the pizza yet. If you raise the issue to somebody they’ll say there’s nothing they can do, they don’t know if/when you’ll ever even get your pizza, and that they can cancel it and give you a refund after you’ve wasted going on two hours of your time. Consistently unreliable for even the most basic function of their existence.
Literally understaffed and cannot handle walk ins or online orders. Walked in with a coworker and waited in line because of a lot of online orders. Waited almost 15 minutes. Ordered food no issues food started coming out of oven and the guy up front started service food to people that ordered after us. While still waiting the front guy gave both my and my coworkers food to 2 other separate people. Having us to get back in line again. This is unacceptable.
It's fine. I probably will only go if going to the movies. I would actually go to a further &pizza (even though this is the closest to me) before going to this one.Been to much better &pizzas. I asked for a menu (like the kind usually on clip boards) and they annoyed pointed to the huge digital menu that doesn't have all the items in one place, it scrolls very fast and not in the order you would choose toppings. When I got to the front to pay the menus where there ?The place has green lighting, which seems like an odd choice and makes a lot of the food look unappetizing.The pizza was still good and I still love &pizza, just not this place.
Super rude lady; I walked in with my service dog that didn’t have the vest on she was like no dogs allowed I told her he’s a service dog she’s like still no dogs allowed and I’m like I told you he’s a service dog, she answers but he doesnt have “ this thing on him”. And I’m like doesn’t mean he’s not a service dog. She could ask for his card but the vest doesn’t make him a service dog. All the time she was giving me attitude, and then I continue talking and she just turned her back and left and I was only picking up my food wasn’t even staying but I just left and never again I’m stepping foot in this place. Train your employees at least to know how to communicate with people
This was my first &pizza experience and it was absolutely wonderful. I had the pleasure of interacting with employee Kalynn and Leroy. They were very polite and helpful with assisting me with crafting the perfect pizza down to the sauce all the way to the drizzle toppings. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience and the pizza was really really good. I will be returning to the carlyle location.

I LOVE &Pizza! The BEST ADULT PIZZA around! Great toppings that I'd never thought to try! I say Adult pizza because of the complex toppings and flavors. Not the standard sauce and cheese kids like. Who knew arugula, goat cheese, pickled onions and hot honey would taste SO GOOD on pizza??!!! This location is pretty awkward to come just to pick up pizza, it's across from the movie theater. Parking is kind of hard because of the congestion from the movie theater and restaurants in close proximity.
Neil is the best! He so delicately placed my pepperonis on my pizza with such precision! I love this location! S/o to Yessi and Jazmine! ?
