We saw the rave reviews and decided to get lunch here, but could not meet these expectations unfortunately. The person at the till didn’t seem very interested in working with me to figure out my veggie requirements, insisting that I had just two dishes on the menu and no appetiser possibilities. Frankly, he looked bored and keen to just bill the order and carry on with his tasks, although it was sparsely crowded. My partner also said his lemongrass chicken in vermicelli didn’t really have any depth of flavour. For almost 14 dollars a plate, it really was not a fulfilling lunch and left something to be desired - both tofu and chicken were so low in quantity too. It could be food truck food, but nothing that warrants a 4.7.
Meh Vietnamese foods. We ordered pho, grilled pork chop on rice, cold cut special hoagie and a grilled pork hoagie. Broth and marinated meat were sweet and lacks flavors. The filling on the hoagies were stingy. I didn’t expect to pay that much and barely had anything inside the hoagies. Just a footnote, I’m Vietnamese so my expectation on serving size and proportion of meat/filling vs bread/rice is definitely particular. The only reason why I didn’t give a 1 star is because of restaurant location being conveniently downtown. Other than that. It’s a once and done for me.
I’ve been to Pho Nam 4 or 5 times, and the food and service has always been great. Their vegan pho and veggie Banh Mi are fantastic. Don’t forget the bubble tea.
Service was fast and friendly. The food was tasty. We spent $45 on three chicken/ beef pho bowls and spring rolls. Not bad. We will return. My kids enjoyed.

This food was really good but I forgot to take pictures. Prices are fair and their milk milk tea is actually really good. The esthetic of whole place is gorgeous and modern while still maintaining it's Vietnamese roots through pictures and decorations on the walls. Highly recommend the Banh Mi (sandwich) and the pho, of course.
Just paid $45 for two Pho being delivered. I ordered steak and well done flank, but I received total garbage. It looks like someone chewed on the meat before and then put it in. There was no single piece of meat, just small pieces of fat and junk. The broth is too salty and not tasty. Also, no jalapeños added in order. What a disappointment! Will never order again...
This place is great! Fun and inviting atmosphere, but more importantly the food! I had the Pho and it was amazing! Highly recommend this place!

Got some delicious take out from Pho Nam; the Pho was excellent. Had a slight problem with a missing item - but honestly the excellent customer service they showed in resolving the issue ensures that we will be repeat customers. Good food, good prices, great service!
