Ordered spring rolls and they were burnt and tasted horrible..
Came here for lunch on a Friday. The atmosphere was nice and clean. My party was seated immediately. The waitress was not very knowledgeable on the menu items. My coworker was given the wrong item. She ordered beef fried rice but was served white rice with beef. I ordered the beef pho with four types of beef. While it wasn't bad, I've had better.
Clean and minimalist joint. One of the best bowls of pho I've ever had. Highly recommend.
Really enjoyed the bun bowl topped with lemongrass tofu and a spring roll. Heads up for vegetarians that I'd guess the dipping sauce is in fact fish sauce (I didn't ask though) but also the tofu is so flavorful that it honestly didn't need anything extra.
Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced, what a joke. I called to order our food ahead of time and when we got there they lost our order.The retook our order and brought out the wrong food. When they finally brought the food out they didn’t bring it all out. They didn’t give us silver wear. We had to keep going back and forth with our order. When we asked what the “fish ball” was made of… THEY SAID THEY DIDNT KNOW??? The beef was over cooked.One of the plates was brought out super late and didn’t taste good so we asked to return it. They said no it’s OUR FAULT WE ORDERED IT. The manager is a joke.Don’t order food from a place where they can’t even tell you what the food is made of or what’s in it…
My wife loves getting her food here. The soups seem really delicious. I don't eat pho but we will keep coming here to feed my wife. Thanks so much!
Wife and I came here to eat dinner and would not recommend. Our order came out wrong, we selected specific meats which weren't in our pho. We asked for extra onions on the side but were instead brought the actual onions it comes with on the side. No basil is given for your soup which is a common staple for pho. I ordered a large yet the size was the same exact size as my wife's regular pho. What was the point in asking and charging more if it's the same size? You'd think the broth would have made up for it but it was bland and cold. The summer rolls had lettuce (old and the aging yellow color) in them which I've never had in any of the other Vietnamese restaurants nearby. Definitely not coming back here, and save your time and money by going to Hai Duong or Pho Saigon in Springfield.
