Been coming here for years and they never disappoint, but they did tonight with these wings. This was my first time and they are the same quality as the wings you get from the deli section at the grocery store, with a little drizzle of buffalo sauce on top. The steak and cheese is always great and has a lot of meat. It came soggy but that’s expected on Doordash, I put it in the air fryer and it was perfect.
Food is pretty good. Customer service could use some beefing up. 1 star because of the kid at the register. Not going back.
I’ve tried their subs twice now. The quality of the hoagies is fine. It’s nothing close to the title of the restaurant in my opinion. I also like my hoagies simple-meat and sautéed/grilled veggies. The size of the sandwich isn’t big and majority of the add ons are an additional fee.
I ordered the Cheesesteak Hoagie, Large fries with cheese whiz and then chicken Cesar Salad Wrap. The Chicken Cesar salad wrap was horrible. The wrap comes in a toasted tortilla which....doesnt go well with a cold salad. It you wanna add crunch, keep the wrap non toasted but maybe put croutons in the salad wrap. The fries were AMAZING. Very small size for a "large" and not a lot of cheese on the fries, but...very tasty. The cheesesteak Hoagie was great. Will order the regular cheesesteak next time but it was on point. Reason I am giving three stars for the wrap and the amount of fries you recieve.. Again it could be my fault for ordering a wrap at a place called Cheesesteak Factory. Other than that, the cheesesteak is self was great. I will order again.
My family and I have to stop here after sporting events! Pete and the rest of the guys are always friendly and ready to serve! We be tryna get 1 of some of everything they have!!! Cheese Steaks, Chicken Hoagies, Pizza! Nice little spot to sit outside and enjoy your meal during the Spring & Summer!
First time ordering here… Ordered two cheesesteaks to go, got home unwrapped them to see they didn’t have cheese on them….
The cheesesteak was very soggy and missing the ingredients I asked for. Then when I called the employees rushed me off the phone. Won't be ordering from here ever again

One of the worst cheesesteaks I've had in a long time. No seasoning on the steak at all. Not even a sprinkling of salt and pepper. Lettuce was brown and limp. A couple of limp slices of tomato were just thrown on top, not even within the confines of the bun. Onion rings were equally as bland. I called ahead and when I walked in the young man at the register took his time to finish whatever he was doing on his phone before he began to complete my transaction. When I asked him for some ketchup, he was back in his phone and never looked up when he responded that "it's in the bag". I had to dump out the whole bag to prove to him that there was no ketchup in it. I work just down the street and pass this place all the time on the way home. I've wanted to try it for months. Now that I've tried it, I won't be trying it again.
