Busy location but always friendly and clean. I like the kiosk option to self order. Clara will always say hello/good morning to you :)

I walked in and order and it was quick and easy. The place was really clean but the people where too busy to greet ? or really answer questions. I didn't have anything wrong with my order and the food was great.

They put beans on my salad when I didn’t ask for any. They also put corns on it as well and I didn’t even ask for it. Overall, it was poorly made, and never seen a Panera bread salad worse than this.

While the bathrooms can get dirty at times and I haven’t dined inside here since 2019, I’ve gone here for to-go orders many times since then. I will say the staff at this Panera is absolutely top-tier. It’s some of the best in the area. I have never had an incorrectly prepared (“messed up”) order from this Panera. The worst I’ve seen from this location is them improperly closing a soup container and it staining the carpeted mat in my car. But that was at the end of 2019 or very early 2020, and I’ve never had anything like that since. However, I will say that several times, they have reported an order is ready before they even started preparing it. This was not a good thing when I was in a rush, which has happened several times.

Super crowded. Didn't want to eat there with Delta and Omicron running rampant. I will say that everyone there was wearing a mask. But the food was amazing!! Let me say it again in case you didn't read that right. THE FOOD WAS AMAZING!! I had the Toasted Steak and Chedar Sandwich!!! Wow so good. Didn't last long at all.

This location is a go to lunch spot for me! The online ordering is easy and they always have my rapid pickup order ready in under 10 minutes! Amazing staff and service!

The food was great but it was really hard to find a place to sit. There were several people taking up entire tables for themselves for a long time on their laptops; hours maybe.

They have “accuracy matters” on their receipts, but they should have “listening matters”. Had to go through two employees who made me wait and still got my order wrong and overcharged, to then management. Employees need to be educated about their extended menu rather than asking so many questions to look smart and managers shouldn’t be chatting on their phones while having customers wait for their ready food. Another time I went to pick up my online order, the manager would not listen to what I was saying and kept insisting I was a Doordash driver and directing me to pickup someone else’s order. No apologies for neither experiences as they try to act smart. Service has went down. ??

This panera have the best costumer service around. We have been coming here for years and got to known some of the workers. They are always so helpful and very charismatic.
