I ordered through the website a half sandwich, mac and cheese, and a bottle of water. They gave me broccoli and cheddar soup and forgot my water.
Great staff. I especially like Ahmed, he is always bustin' with cleaning and he's helpful and just goes above and beyond. Also special shout out to Blanca and Rahwa, they always seem to do a bit extra as well! But everyone is nice and polite.Food is good, service fast. Just an overall great place!
Poor management. My order was completely messed up and food cold. Manager never apologized said have a nice day and was borderline rude. Her name was kaelyn bracie or similar to that. She need lots of training.
That's a very nice and clean Panera bread to eat at and nice and friendly employees that work there .
Worst Panera I have ever been too. I moved to the area about a year ago and tried this place three times and the experience just got worse with each visit. Sandwiches are always made sloppy, never acknowledge additions/substitutions. The manager who works there Sunday mornings is not helpful, my order was completely messed up and I was even missing items, it was like pulling teeth trying to get her to understand that I simply wanted another sandwich (not my money back in 3-5 business days). She finally begrudgingly agreed to make another sandwich. Never coming back here
If you order pick up, beware, they will add 40 min onto the pickup time you choose/they initially give you. I put in my order & paid for it within 3 minutes of starting and the time ready jumped 40min…I wouldn’t have put in the order if I had to wait that long. Tried to get it reimbursed but they wouldn’t reimburse an online order
The Team at this Panera Bread location really DEMONSTRATE COMPASSION AND CARE!! Tahjir, Lydia, Daniel, Fatiya, Khadija, Daniel, Abraham, Ahmed, and Rahwa, ALWAYS provide GREAT customer service when I visit the location.
Nice location and not very busy at lunch time. I really enjoyed the option to next to the big windows as it was a nice fall day. Food was great but then again I was so hungry. Will definitely try this location again next time I am in the area.
Worst Panera location I’ve been to. Decided to use the bathroom first. One stall was out of order and the other was absolutely filthy. Hair and dirt all over the sink. No paper towels. I was going to leave just after this but my son really wanted food from here. Spent 10 minutes ordering from the kiosk only to find that the card reader was not working. Had some patience and moved to the next kiosk. Spent another 10 minutes there only to find that that card reader also doesn’t work. Left in frustration but returned because, again, my toddler really wanted to eat here. Went to the register to order and told the cashier about my frustrations (in a very calm manner) and she just said “yea”. Did not care one bit nor report anything to a manager to have it fixed or prevented for the next customer. Will not be back here again.
This place needs new management every morning is a new disappointment. I ordered oatmeal with strawberries and blueberries, no blueberries after waiting 15 minutes for them to figure out that they didn't have blueberries. And when I got home to relax and enjoy my breakfast the oatmeal was drowning in water!
