It's a nice place. Not bad to take some coffee or sandwich. Good bakery. Not more than that.Very kind employees and clean tables.

Love many items they developed...BUT it's become too rich for me now, even once a month is a big splurge. Just got 4 bagels, just sliced nothing on them, (no cream cheese),1 coffee, 1 bear claw, cost $13.94...really...you have got to be kidding!!! Not close to being worth it...sooo I went over to my nearby grocery chain and thought I would see how much $15 or less would cost me for as close to same items...HERE IS THE RESULT(1 box of 12 hazelnut K-cups, + 1 coffee cake, w almond paste, similar to a bear claw w frosting, 1 package, 6 everything bagels, store brand,+ and an additional cream ch w chives all for $12.72....YOU DO THE MATH...that and a little planning ahead makes more sense to me, although the Panera signature hazelnut coffee is better...they have been running a special for months on getting a monthly or weekly coffee pass which could still be on and that's saves you something. But it probably has some food item purchae attached to it also. Their prices were on the climb way before the CCP-VIRUS hit, that and BAD government planning on the supply chain issues must have pushed them over the top...too bad it was a great treat a few years ago...sadly no longer.

The wait staff greets you when you arrive and fix your meal based on what your order or they remake your order free and you keep what was made in error.

I dislike this Panera location because I am trying to study and the food service workers are talking in another language and are loud. Also, there's not enough places to sit and the bathroom had urine all over the toilet. Wouldn't recommend coming here. I prefer the Panera Location in Terrance Gate in Alexandria.

Delicious food, quick service & conscientious employees who pay attention to modifications and substitutions. Imp for those of us with food allergies/ intolerances!

I learned my lesson that this location isn't convenient for pickup if you arrive in car. There are no pickup parking spaces and as a visitor to the area, I only noticed pay parking available for street parking.Shop is wide open in entrance and as another reviewer mentioned emphasizes kiosk ordering. I ordered Rapid Pickup and really found pickup shelf by cashier.Dining room only has six tables for two and one booth, plus two more tables in back. There is another Panera Bread down the street with a parking lot I'll try for picking up orders during my visit.UPDATE:Re-visited this location and now there are two or more curbside pickup spots, nice! Unfortunately two were parked cars, so not sure how it is enforced. I was able to use an end curbside pickup spot, fortunately.

The establishment is so much better now. The staff manager and the front staff are always smiling through their mask.

Very clean and friendly staff. The self service kiosk wouldn't accept my card and the employee behind the register helped me with my order. They were out of allot of items, could only pick from the few things left. However, the Chipotle chicken melt was delicious, fresh ingredients. Also got a mango smoothie which wasn't good, it had some kind of powder that I guess don't get mixed in, really grainy and didn't taste good, wish they used fresh ingredients for their smoothies.

This places rox my socks off. Refused to replace Sox. Nonetheless 5/5 steak subs. Will eat again. This time sockless.
