Restaurant was immaculately clean; Great customer service; Food was splendid, well prepared and the tastiest we ever had in comparison to Clinton, MD and District Heights, MD. Bathroom was stunningly clean and inviting. This is the Best Panda Express in the region.
Panda Express orange chicken has got to be one of the most delicious Chinese dishes ever created. They should make orange chicken nuggets and orange chicken strips and an orange chicken salad or something.This location is a bit small but we still found a place to sit quite apart from other people. So it felt safe and comfortable to eat inside. And almost everyone was wearing masks in the kitchen and in the ordering line.
Great customer service the manager gave an extra spring Roll because the one got was just hit but not crunchy he offered a fresh one will come again
Orange chicken didn’t have any orange flavor. Broccoli with beef didn’t have no beef in it.
I ordered online for fast pickup but i have to wait more than 10 mins because they run out of orange chicken what’s the idea to ordered ahead if i have to wait more time after the promised time
Lovely clean and friendly environment, I usually take about 3 or 4 People with me, always recommend this place, you definitely get your money's worth, prices are reasonable great food.
Only gave it a one star because I had to pick a star. Horrible experience, Carla says she is the Manager but she provides poor customer service. They delivered the wrong food and asked me to come back in to fix the problem, I had to actually explained to them my disability and the fact that I do not live nearby. She said she would credit me my missing food items in 2 weeks but I doubt she will. I am going to also write to the BBB because the service you get after you have spent your hard earned money is worth telling as many people as I can to stay away from that place.
I really love the food from panda express, but with the time I learned that if you go a little bit before or after lunch or dinner time the food is more fresh and juicy ? good costumer service too.
The food wasn't as great as other panda express resturants. They were also sold out of some items. Taste of the food was just off.
9/04 Night Shift service was poor8:30pm and they’re scraping the pans to serve food ON A SATURDAY NIGHTKitchen was Unprepared, slow service, poor portionsMessed up my whole night cause now I have to get food from elsewhere.Management needs to implement y’all don’t close/stop cooking before doors close especially if you see people ordering large orders start cooking more food for everyone else ON A WEEKEND NIGHTThe line started getting longer because of the slow service and food still wasn’t out, empty pans, just leftover scraps to serve to customers it’s crazy
