Horrible service! Unprofessional and rude! Older black man with glasses (supposedly manager) made it very clear he hates BLACK PEOPLE! Let's keep in mind he's black and came from a BLACK WOMAN! I will never return! My food was wrong I called several times to have order fixed correctly, hold time twice was 14 minutes, so I had to drive back for a refund! Frustrating. He walked outside to my vehicle and yelled where are my sodas, my response at my house where I should be eating my subs however you made an mistake, and didn't care to provide me with caring customer service. Come on it was 2 can sodas! Following me to my car was unnecessary.

Heard the food was good…called to place an order at 0150 am…was placed on hold for 7 mins, then hung up on…I called back, was placed on hold again before I could say anything. At this point I figured they didn’t want my business and I hung up. Very unfortunate.

I live right next door to this establishment, and it's my go-to-spot for quick-value lunches and late night munchies. Amazingly hardworking owner and crew who work here, great lunch menu with value, and hot & delicious food that brings me back 2+ a week. A unappreciated gem here on Huntington Avenue, I always have a great experience here with customer service and food. Most of the negative reviews are due to delivery which is understandable, but I love ordering food here.I give this place a solid 9.5/10.

Delicious pizza. Hot and freshly made. Will keep returning when I want pizza.

Great pizza and great service! Abdelwahab was very friendly and helpful with our order.

THIS PLACE CHARGES YOUR CARD IF U DO NOT TIP ENOUGH, IVE MADE PLENTY OF COMPLAINTS ABOUT IT BUT IT SEEMS AS IF THOUGH BOSSES AND OR MANAGERS DO NOT CARE. I WAS ALSO RECENTLY CHARGED ALMOST 4$ extra on top of my meal for one extra sauce cup. they try to do it to b sneaky and then say they have “no record of you ordering from here”

Dishonest business practices and horrible customer service...If I could give them "0" stars, I would. I was initially told that I should be receiving my order between 35 to 45 minutes due to my location. After waiting over an hour for a delivery from them, I give them a call and they claim the driver is right down the street and should be there within 5 minutes. Now at the one and half hour mark (90 minutes; twice the ETA from them) I give them a call back and they say the driver was caught in traffic and is right around the corner. Mind you, this was over a $60 order in which I'm trying to feed the entire family while staying at a hotel at the National Harbor. Now two hours have elapsed and I call them back to now be told that the driver just got in an accident. I told them that the food was probably freezing cold and not fresh and that we didn't want it. The lack of transparency and honesty is what did it for me. But the worse part of this ordeal is that they still charged my CC for the food that I didn't receive. When trying to have them to reverse the charges on my CC, they chose not to. Again, they refused to refund me an order for food that I never received. These guys are dishonest. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

First time ordering, maybe I shouldn't have ordered on New years eve, maybe they were busy, whatever the reason I received burnt lukewarm pizza. I also fail to see how this was an extra large but my son enjoyed the wings hence the 2 stars

Overall 3.5 -(rounded up)Pros:- pretty tasty- decent quality and portions, especially for the lunch specials and this zip code- Mezzaluna calzone was very filled and baked perfectly.-large portion of lasagna, tasty, not super gourmet or grandmother-esque, but satisfies the craving at less than half the cost of other local restaurants- delish marinara- to die for garlic bread, do yourself a favor and order extra- crisp veggies in the salad- chocolate cake and carrot cake pretty good, not super special, but better than average box mix. The carrot cake was very moist and cream cheese frosting quite good.- things arrived very, very hot (calzone, lasagna) or ice cold (salad, soda, cake). I only live 2 miles away, (and ordered delivery, judge away,) but the metal-bottomed lasagna container inside of a styrofoam box was still uncomfortably hot to the touch 15 mins after deliveryCons:- some of the calzone filling was cold (the spinach and ricotta), despite the crust and other cheese inside being toasted perfectly. The spinach was overly soggy, and the high water content of both offending items likely lead to the chilly outcome. Also the artichokes had zero flavor. None. I ate almost all of them individually (not in the calzone) to try to find their/a flavor, to no avail. They must be the ones stored in water, and then rinsed again or something, because there wasn't even a linger of juice, vinegar, olive oil, nothin'.- cake slices kinda small for the price- expired soda. Yep. I thought the diet pepsi tasted off, weak flavor, a little plastic-y, and it had expired a week prior. Not a huge deal, and definitely not going to make anyone sick, but poor taste, and not exactly quickly-perishing food itemDefinitely a solid choice for an easy, tasty, cost-effective lunch, but wouldn't make it the priority for any friends from Chicago/New York, or of Italian heritage

We got small cheese pizza and gyro pizza. Could be little more generous on toppings but the flavor was great. And small is enough for a light lunch.
