Yuck! The chicken for the tacos had bones! Or something hard & impossible to bite on!
Came in for lunch, ordered my meal and sat down to eat. Halfway through I noticed a staff member loading the food without any gloves on. Using her bare hand to press down the cheese and other add ins into the silver bins. She had them on when putting our meal together. But apparently that’s just for show. Nasty. Stopped eating my meal and left quickly after. Apparently sanitation isn’t a priority here. It also shows in the state of the restaurant. Won’t be dining here again, I’ll skip the crusty finger burrito. Thanks. Tell your associate with 9 pins on her baseball cap that gloves are mandatory whether a customer is in front of you or not.

I loved Moe's but since the Prices are out outrageous I reather make my Owen smh it's just tacos not lobsters and t-bone steaks

This moes is highly understaffed there were only 2 people doing everything taking orders, cooking, checking people out, doing online orders how can you only have 2 people there that puts them in such a bad situation if some gets mad because they are taking long and they start an argument all because mows can’t hire more people I felt so bad seeing them run back and forth the 2 working today deserve a raise if you can’t have the right amount of staff then you shouldn’t be open!! This makes me never want to eat here again!
I came here to work cause they said they needed help and now are refusing to pay me ! I’m 7 weeks pregnant and haven’t had food for 2 weeks in my house ! I was suppose to get paid on the 20th ! Christmas came and I couldn’t even get my son anything for Christmas! New Years came couldn’t get him anything still ! Couldn’t even celebrate with my family how I wanted. I was depending on that paycheck ! The managers are very unprofessional and crooked ! Will be taking this to court !
Very bad service here. They forgot our cheese dip which was not the end of the world, but when we called to let them know they placed us on hold for thirty minutes. When we called from another line and to see what the deal was, they told us the call had dropped, as we were actively on hold still. Once we pointed this out, they hung up on us. Bad attitude, bad service, don’t recommend.
