I went to get some moist brisket one Sunday a few weeks back. The meat was hard. The fat was fine, but the meat was hard. This is unusual for them. I have eaten here several times. It has always been great. It was a waste of money and time on this one occasion. I hope it does not happen again.

Mission BBQ is a chain centered on honoring the Military. They do not give any discount, but helps servicemembers causes. The menu is simple but sufficient, the prices are average. A very good casual option for dine.

This location is great! My wife and I were visiting the area for our babymoon, we’d seen a lot of rude people today but Jenna was incredible! She had such a pleasant and welcoming demeanor while explaining the ropes of the restaurant. Then she surprised us with dessert, just for stopping in! And the food was excellent! I can’t say enough good things, next time we’re in town we’ll definitely be back, and we’ll send our friends!

As always at every Mission BBQ I've been to - people were friendly, efficient and helpful and the food was great.
Great food, and great atmosphere - nice that fries are made fresh to order. My go-to is the Pork Sandwhich. I’m always a fan of the Cobbler when it’s available. Bathrooms are always clean, and staff always greets you when you enter. One of my lunch time go-tos.
I truly enjoy this location and the environment. I appreciate Missions BBQs service to all military, veterans and their families.The food was really good, but hope a server may goes around and checks on the bottles as ours did not have all 6 sauces and duplicates. However, that’s my only concern.
From the second you walk in to the moment you leave its a great experience. It starts out with a loud and proud “Hi Folks”. Ask me for my order which today I got the two meat sampler with moist brisket and turkey. Side of green beans, of course the corn bread. The brisket was cut to perfection with perfect taste. The turkey sliced to my liking! Definitely great home town bbq. I would recommend to anyone looking for great service and even better food come to the Alexandria MBBQ. Great experience and will definitely be back!
I LOVE Mission BBQ, it feels great to try to do my part supporting emergency personnel, active military and veterans. The food is always good and never disappoints. Highly recommended.
