This place was ALWAYS CROWDED. But using the App and ordering curbside delivery really busted the lines. Great staff. The usual food, but with grand service. Check them out and be sure to use the app because it speeds things up - and you also get some really GREAT DEALS. I usually get something free every time I go to McD's. The beef has gotten so much better here!!! And, they even help you out with making it so you can customize your orders on the app - which is a HUGE HELP if you are KETO, ATKINGS, or other diet friendly as a consumer!
So this McDonald's now allows all employees to use there headphones and phone infront of customers.... wow..... not good for business at all... this McDonald's has turned around real bad... whatever happened to the the OG crew from 3 years ago.... disappointing
In my opinion this is one of the best run McDonald's the staff are always friendly and ready to serve you with a smile and the food is always fresh I had never had bad fries they have always been hot and fresh and and burger looks just like the picture and that shows they take pride in what there serving. Great place will stop by on one of my next trip out Virginia
The person who took my order did not include the coke even tho I repeat mutiple times and I said it is okay thing happens. I said to the lady who was handling the food, just add coke to my order and let me pay. However she refused to do it and told me get back into the line and it is a drive thru and bunch of people there. I gave them cash but they still refuse it. I insist because of the line. I said it is just a coke he forgot dont make me go all the way to the end for just a coke. I am assuming she was the manager she wasnt speaking proper english and understood me wrong and blame me for being rude. I dont know who was rude but I am sure it wasnt me. The service is absolute trash like the chicken nuggets they have.
Overcharged me and the refund was short. Manager and employees rude about their own mistake, hence why the refund was wrong. Go to the McDonald’s down the road, not this one.
It’s 1:55am we are staying at a hotel near by! Literally neither person at both windows greeted us. Then we asked for ketchup and was given 3 packets for $20 worth of food. We have the food back because the $hit was was cold, the zombie took the bag and walked away with out saying anything. These employees need to improve there customer service
Efficient, accurate, great value and food was hot! McDonald's may not be my favorite place to eat (other than breakfast) but my kids LOVE it and I'm glad that over the years they remain pretty much consistent for the most part.
I have not been in any McDonald's for a while. But I'm sure they still have a great service and a great food.
This McDonald's and also the one on Frederick road next to Wendy's are my favorite McDonald's to go to. The staff is friendly and the services outstanding. Thanks a lot guys!
Website says restaurant lobby is open. Google says it's open... But they closed it early. Drive through 10 minutes per car. Horrible. Cancelled my mobile order.
