I'm never one to be upset at McDonald's, as it has always been my childhood restaurant to go to. However, once again, I was disappointed and devastated at the lack of milkshakes. What is going on in this society? It's five hundred degrees outside, and there are no milkshakes to be had, anywhere! My double cheeseburger meal, was up to standards and disappeared as quickly as they were given. The staff here were friendly (very very sorry about their milkshake machine) and I was able to get over my disappointment and my inner child's hysteric crying. Someday we will find our frozen drink and bask in it.
This is the 3rd time in 6 months, that a MCDONALD'S in Alexandra, VA didn't pack my 4 pieces of mcnuggets in my order bag.I ordered online, with curbside or drive-thru pickup. My dog loves mcnuggets, and 3 times did i have to look into those sad dissapointed eyes of hers. When she smells a mcdonalds bag, she knows she gets her treat. She can't hardly contain her excitement.Really now - 3 times in 6 month. Shame on you!
I have tried their new spicy and crispy deluxe sandwich. Good food, good service.
I love this McDonald's. They have kiosks and waiter service. I can always get in-and-out.
We visited around 8 p.m. and had a large order of 18 cheeseburgers and 9 orders of fries. We were asked to pull up to a waiting area. It took a little bit to get our food, but it was a large order. Our food came out hot, no issues and there were plenty of napkins and ketchup with our order.VERY IMPRESSIVE!
I don't know who the owner of this particular location is? But they are definitely price gouging!. I ordered a fish sandwich/small fries with no salt/ Ice-T with lemon. Show me my total will be $11? I mention to them same McDonald's two days ago I went to for the exact same order was only $8?
This is one of the best McDonalds I’ve ever been to. They’re fast, clean, accurate and accurate he staff is always very nice
I just the words experience at this place because the manager didn't want to serve us just because we had a worktruck we spend more than one hour trying to talk to her and she didn't want to help us and we needed food because we were snow showeling this happened around 12:00 am.
The service is great and people are very nice but everything on the menu is $2 higher then any other McDonald's in the area.
I always do the curbside pickup, but from that experience, my order has always been accurate, very friendly staff, very speedy with the delivery of the food, great deal offers at this location from the app, so just generally pleased with the experience overall.
