Went in to get a quick lunch. They had no pizza(????) (at noon) and then it took 35+ minutes to make what ended up looking/tasting like cafeteria pizza. The sausage pizza had what appeared to be defrosted frozen sausage bits. Also ordered garlic knots. They had none and that took 15+ minutes to make. Ended up with 4 pieces of dough with no garlic(?????) and basically no butter. The whole thing took over an hour. All in all pretty bad and confusing.
I have ordered pizza delivered by Slice from Marion’s several times since this year (2022) - great crust, yummy sauce and good app feedback on delivery time.It’s my go to now for pizza delivery.I order the veggie pizza and I have had their cannoli too - all very good!
Ok my sandwich when I grabbed the bag I said to myself this sandwich is really light so when I opened it there was no meat on my steak and cheese it was all bread and my steak fries were over cooked I like crunchy fries but over cooked fries no this place is in a great location but not taking advantage of it with good food sorry do do it
Their online ordering is busted. If you order a cheese steak online, it doesn’t give a options for fixings except the ones you pay extra for. And if you order it that way, all you get is bread, meat and cheese nothing else. It’s been months and they haven’t updated their site yet.I used to order here all the time but haven’t since the web site stopped working the way it should
I got the cheesesteak lunch special and the best part of it was the fries…The sub was all bread no meat,& the customer service could use some improvement to at least mask the quality.
Good steak sub the seasoned fries great onion rings are tempura battered not bread crumbs so amazing
The gal who made my pizza this afternoon did NOT wear a mask at any point in time that I saw her (when she was prepping food in the back before I ordered, when she saw me, when I ordered, or when I came back to pick it up). I asked her why she wasn't wearing a mask and she said she doesn't "unless it's crowded", despite the Alexandria City Health Dept sign on the glass that says "Masks Required". She did not appear to wear gloves while preparing food, and her nails were discolored and gross-looking. As you can probably see by the owner's reaction below he is defensive but unwilling to admit or correct the behavior.Two medium pizzas were over $30. There are plenty of other, cheaper places around here (e.g. Domino's, Toppers, Costco). The price was more comparable to Piece Out, Paisano's, or DRP, but without the quality and cleanliness, and certainly without the customer service.
