Ordered to go which was easy and done quickly. Picked up pizza, but was not expecting one little slice of bacon per pepperoni. See picture for proof. Had this same exact order from other locations and came out much better. Also ordered pizza well done which was not the case.
The buffalo chicken strips are amaaaazing! Meaty and perfectly great. Came on a lazy sunday afternoon, enjoyed chicken strips and beer and am in love! Plan to come again. Cozy and comfortable. The staff are super nice too! Highly highly recommend. please do not forget to try this place
!!!!!!SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TAKE IT TO THE ARLINGTON LOCATION ON SOUTH EDGEWOOD !!I got pizza last night that had No crust at all, way more thin than the original, super greasy, hard and stale pizza. It looked bad when the front gave it to me... all burnt from the bottom. When I voiced my concern whoever was in the front acted like that's how the pizza should look like. I have never gotten a mediocre pizza at the arlington location before so I expected this to be the same. This ledos is horrible and so is the staff.
Sub ok. Pizza ? blah. I would go back for the sub and fries ?. Reasonable prices. The servers were very nice and made the visit worth while. ? it was new years eve, so I gave a nice tip. Glad I stopped and checked ✔ out Ledo.
First time here..Good HOT pizza..Very Clean and wonderful customer service. Highly recommended.
The cauliflower pizza is amazing! As I try to make it as healthy as possible with all the veggie options and chicken. Domino’s what?!?!?
I have been to several other Ledo's over the years. I was going to a movie and figured I would go to the one nearby. I came in and sat at the bar. Several people walked by and did not even glance my way. I was grabbing my purse to leave after 8 minutes when I was finally waited on. She was not very friendly, but fine. I was originally planning to have a drink, but looking at their bar area changed my mind. It was unappealing, not much of a selection, cluttered and dirty (the lower side of the refrigerators had major dust bunnies hanging on). I ordered a pizza and was a little surprised that they gave me plastic utensils. I just ate my pizza and got out of there. Pizza was OK. I think the experience may have made it less appetizing.
Kind of stingy with the toppings. Service wasn't great. Pizza was much oiler than other Ledo's. Other Ledo's are better in food and service.

I tried to call and place an order and in the mist of it Angela on the phone RUDELY said to me “do you have anything better to do than place an order and not know what you want” and hangs up. When I arrived to the store her excuse was someone called 3 times before me and played a prank on her. And kept saying IF IT WASNT YOU. To assume I was the one that previously called, is rude. And than to handle the situation the way she did was disrespectful as well. And clearly management doesn’t care how she talks/handles customers. Nor does he know how to handle customer complaints himself.
