Horrible experience. Sylvia was extremely rude and treated us horrible. She allowed others to enter the store with no problem. Once I walked in she proceeded to follow me and whisper things to other Krispy Kreme workers. Waited in line for 50 minutes for a dozen or false donuts despite the Krispy Kreme sign being lit up. Inside or the establishment was extremely dirty.. I was a regular at the particular location up until today… Not anymore!
It says drive through is open 24 hours, but it is not. I went there at 5:30 to get doughnuts for my daughter's birthday, but was told I had to wait until 6 am. Which I did not. Website listing should be correct
Always a good experience here, until the lady charged my the wrong price for my donuts. Then when I tried to call the store when I noticed no one would answer the phone all day. It was to far to go back and it was my daughter's birthday doughnuts for her party.
Love these doughnuts ?! Fresh, hot, now! The bad part is when you get in a line where the people are paralyzed by choice. KK had some new filled doughnuts for valentine's day, but I wasn't feeling adventurous. They looked good, but they can always have more filling in my book. ?
Staff were very friendly and helpful. He gave our kid a Krispy Kreme hat and took pictures for our family. Needless to say we loved the valentines special dozens and purchased two boxes. The presentation of the box was well done, great as a gift.

Donuts were delicious and fresh (as one would expect). Kid always loves watching the conveyor belt. Service was quick even when slightly busy with friendly staff.
The worker was wonderfully kind. The reason I put 2 stars is because I’ve never been to a Krispy Kreme before that gave me cold glazed donuts. The hot fresh sign was on and there were fresh donuts coming down the conveyer belt but for some reason we were given the older donuts from the shelf. Really disappointing when you go there specifically for hot donuts. Doesn’t seem like this has happened to anyone else given the good reviews, so maybe I just came at a weird time.
