Me and my son came to eat and had a great experience. Great food and even better customer service. I would recommend yo my friends and family.
My office order a large order from this place. I ordered veggie sub. It was terrible. No avocado spread and hardly any lettuce. I combined everything on to one half of bread. So really I had a half of a sandwich. Just terrible. Other coworkers were disappointed as well. Next I'll tell my office not to order here.

Worst sandwich shop I’ve ever been to. The bread was hard as a rock and I could not even bite through it. Jimmy Johns as a whole prioritizes speed over quality which seems like a backwards business model to me
Food is standard Jimmy Johns but delivery always takes forever, typically over an hour and the shop is only about 1 mile from my house.

Absolutely horrible.Lady in front of me left in frustration. I tried to order, and it should never be that difficult to order a sandwich.We walked out in frustration.Two different people leaving one after the other? And looking at all these poor to mediocre reviews…..it is not that surprising.Looks like management needs to manage and lead this organization to get fixed because whatever you’re doing clearly isn’t working.Grabbed a couple slices of pizza instead and will hit Subway next time.Ridiculous.

Rude staff yelling at you and hanging up the phone on you. They can't even take the order correctly but blame you and yell at you for not taking the order correctly. I sent an email to the owner but haven't heard from them for months. Guess they don't give a damn. Oh, pizza is greasy and just bad. I don't like that their pizza just sits out in the open.
My friend and I called 2 hours before the food was finally delivered. I spoke to a person named Henry and his best advice was to tell us “just wait” after us waiting for 2 hours. I’m addition to that- nobody had knocked on the door or told us it had been delivered. They are still getting bad reviews till this day because it seems like management is not taking this seriously. Do not waste your time here.
