Upon entering the restaurant the host Mike was not friendly at all. My friend and I spoke and he never acknowledged neither one of us, it’s kind of concerning that as a host/ greeter that you don’t acknowledge people of color, when a single white male walks in right behind us and you have a smile and conversation for him ,my friend went to use the restroom and there is a code for the restroom door, Mike watched as he went to the restroom and never gave him the code. The server we had named Sisu was the kindest and most polite person, she came over to reseat us after Mike almost ran over my friend and threw the menus on the table she also seen when my friend was headed to the restroom and gave him the code while Mike just stood there watching. This IHOP is located at 6254 Duke St Alexandra VA. I know for future reference that if Mike is the host/greeter to just leave.
The worst tasting food i ever had. I ordered french toast that wasn't even dipped in any batter like it was toasted bread am butter the cook threw on the grill for a quick second it was the blandest ever. The turkey bacon was cooked on the same area as pork. The reason i no is cause it mad my blood pressure go instantly turkey doesnt have salt in it
IHOP has really good pancakes relative to other breakfast restaurants. The service is good unless it is busy, so arrive early!
The beef was spoiled in my Colorado Omelette. It smelled a bit like chili. I didn't think anything of it other than maybe they marinate in different seasonings in VA, as I'm from TX. Was visiting a family member there. I immediately got sick and suffered for 24hrs from top and bottom ????.

I’ve never seen worst IHOP in my life. Place is rundown, the staff looks like it’s on substances or something, weed in bathrooms. Always waiting for the order to come, even if it’s no one in restaurant. It was my last time today for sure,
Took my daughter n granddaughters out for brunch. Very peaceful n relaxing. Good was great. And not crowded. 24hrs they are open.

Prices were higher than I'm used to. Food was good though. Will eat here again if in area.
TERRIBLE HORRIBLE I made an online order with a ready promise @ 11AM. Did not receive my food untill 11:45 am. 3 people came in after me with takeout orders and left before me. When I finally got my food the server didn't even apologize or offer to give me a refund. The manager on site offered to take it off my card. But says that'll take 48 hrs.
