I ordered a coffee, medium cooked T-bone, eggs, and pancakes. I requested extra butter and steak sauce. I received an over cooked steak; no extra butter didn't get another cup of coffee until I was almost finished eating. ? Not good
Visit 2/19/22 -Super crowded for a Sat morning but expected. My waiter was wack. Silverware wrapped in napkin not clean - had to ask for hot water.Best thing was my NY cheesecake pancakes. ??The end
IHOP I love this place and whenever I come in the United States I go at least one time. And this time I was with some family and some friends and it was great.
All the people who work there are extremely friendly. My food is always perfect and hot.
The cooks did great the food was delicious. Our waitress Hana was friendly but The customer service from the hostess was horrible and incredibly rude. We won’t be returning because of it.
After a long morning we went to this location for breakfast. We ordered breakfast sampler with pancakes we were kimda shocked when food came out as fast as it did and barely warm. As I began to eat food it tasted horrible like it had been precooked and reheated when I ordered it. I called spoke to a manager named Alex I informed him how horrible experience was and he immediately got defensive asking me "what do you want me to do about it" I told I wasn't looking for free food
Eggs were not cooked properly. Server was young and very rude, in addition to bad service. 2 side dishes were forgotten, coffee came out after food was already on the table he forgot ketchup. Host stand did not make sense. They were not standing at entrance to building but would not let people stand inside. Every time people came in they would go to the host stand and be told to wait outside where everyone was bunched up. It because much more of a covid hazard than just waiting inside and blocking off a couple seats to keep some distance. We were there on a Sunday morning. By the time we left they were letting some people wait inside.
My server, Reina, was excellent! She was friendly, efficient, and brought the food out hot. Also, my meal was excellent and looked like a meal out of a cooking magazine! Thank you all!
We don’t expect much from ihop but the quality is not the same. We placed an order 2 weeks ago (only two items), one was missing and Uber refunded the missing item. Today, the food had order hair in it. We will stop ordering from ihop.
The changes made to this location makes it even better to navigate while inside! Love the new look...
