It says that they are open for dine in but after 11 pm is open only to pick up, we specifically ask the lady for the avocado in the sandwich and she said that it comes with the sandwich, after we got to the hotel it didn’t have no avocado.
Lets make this nice and short number one my chicken was undercooked. Number two the fruit punch tasted off/flat.number three my cheese in my eggs wasnt all the way melted. number four there was bad customer service the employee/waitress had an attitude after we told her what was wrong with our food. I dont recommend this ihop find a different one nearby.
The food was mehhhh, I got scrambled eggs with avocado and meat, it was very soggy and overly crowded in the mid of Covid. The pancakes are amazing as always.
Yesterday we went there for breakfast, but ended up very disappointed with the quality of the food. I ordered a breakfast sampler and not even 5 minutes we had our food I thought that was kind of strange. The food tasted so nasty like it had been prepared maybe a couple hours before.We were hungry but it just tasted horrible we got to go box and ended up throwing food away and getting a fresh breakfast somewhere else. Freshly made food and food prepared food hours before taste very different we were long time customers but after that we may never go back.
After a long morning we went to this location for breakfast. We ordered breakfast sampler with pancakes we were kimda shocked when food came out as fast as it did and barely warm. As I began to eat food it tasted horrible like it had been precooked and reheated when I ordered it. I called spoke to a manager named Alex I informed him how horrible experience was and he immediately got defensive asking me "what do you want me to do about it" I told I wasn't looking for free food
I spoke to a manager who called me after I had an issue and I received the best customer service I’ve had in the DMV area. They addressed my concerns and instantly became my favorite breakfast spot in the area. If it sounds like I’m being generous with my praise, please understand that I am not exaggerating! This was also during the Sunday morning breakfast rush! Thank you for everything! My server deserves double every tip she receives!
Not the best experience, mug had lipstick on it, I don't wear lipstick. The serving sizes on dinner menu are for toddlers. The chicken tenders were nuggets. It is in upscale area so I expected more. ?♀️?♀️
The service was great. Social distancing was being utilizes. Food was good as well. Yawl should go check it out.
Disappointed is this ihop, went in and looking at menu when a customer had just sat down and ordered drinks. When they got their drinks it had lip stick on it, me and my husband got up and left
Quick and pleasant service, filling food, value for money... Had a 20-30 min wait but it was worth it. And good to see ppl going back to restaurants.
