Great Mother F#@$%% Burger! Did the build your own burger, 1/3 all beef patty, brioche bun, fried jalapeños, red onion, dill pickles, ghost pepper cheese, gouda cheese, bacon jam honey mustard, boubon glaze, spicy ketchup, mustard, mayo and topped it off with Applewood bacon. A side of warm sweet potato waffle fries (included this marshmello sauce) basically a sauce that had me jonesing for more. Seating can be limited wait out people to leave its worth it. Staff is friendly. Only complaint if sitting on inside the speakers in corners are so loud I can't hear the person next to me. I will be back.

A day off on the last leg of my DMV trip had me strolling through Del Ray on this particular (overcast) Friday. “My Springtime Trip,” in the DMV seemed to keep the best weather days over the unimportant weekdays, leaving the weekends to the usual gloom & doom. Would be great if the opposite was true but maybe next time! Anyhoo, I happened to be craving a burger & decided to pair it with the tots; it worked! The burger was customized to my liking & enjoyed the eating experience onsite. Alexandria is always my favorite spot in this area (especially Old Town) but I just wish I had more time (maybe next time)!

Got a chance to stop by Holy Cow recently. I made an online order and picked it up. I’ll be honest (as always) I ordered the Hot Mess double stack and it was probably the best burger I’ve had up to date. Definitely a heavy hit. Their milkshakes are on point as well. You get good chunks or Oreos if you get the Oreo milkshake. Only issue I had was they forgot my fries and 2 out of the 4 sauces I order. The gave me a credit back though. Highly recommend their burgers.

I feel betrayed this use to be my favorite burger spot. Long story short my gf and I decided to dine in at Holy Cow tonight. The apathy of the staff was palpable. No one greeted or instructed us if we should seat ourselves. No one brought us any water or asked if we wanted anything to drink. My burger’s bun was cold. The brisket on my burger was cold. I ordered truffle fries and when I pointed out that these were regular fries, the staff stated that the earlier shift had messed up the seasoning mechanism or whatever. It’s not even soo much the food but the fact that except for one woman , the vibe was idgaf. These are my “truffle fries”

Holy Cow! Literally one of the best burgers I’ve had. I got the quinoa veggie burger with fried pickles, jalapeños, tomatoes.. practically everything. The service was good and the staff was very nice! You can’t forget about the delicious fries!

Food was fantastic! Large portions. Wings had a nice smoke flavor. Husband picked the bourbon sauce which was good but I would have preferred one of the spicy sauces. Sweet potato fries with the sweet cream dipping sauce were really good. We also had the milkshakes and were thick, creamy and tasty. They had indoor/outdoor seating and pick up options.

The burger itself is ok. The gimmick toppings are what sets this burger place above most others. The bulgogi wings are worth a try, as well as the Hot Mess burger.

Most of the time it’s a great place but you need to stick to the burgers. I got the Nashville Hot chicken and it is not Nashville hot sauce, more like a sweet Thai chili.

Great burgers; quick service. Love it every time we go.

I rarely allow myself the pleasure of a burger anymore, so when I do I expect special. Holy Cow did not disappoint. I had the Holy Pig, a hand made patty topped with gouda, pulled pork from Pork Barrel (their next door neighbor) onion straws and barbecue sauce (I held off the cold slaw). Unbelievably delicious. The fries were a super generous portion and hand cut. I chose the Cajun fries, and they were thankfully liberal with the cayenne pepper. Overall an amazing experience. I will be back!
