The worst staff I’ve ever experience. Rude customer service. Lady over the phone took our order in a rush and hung up without giving us a chance to ask anything and also told us it would take 20 mins. We get there 15 mins later and she tells me it will be 30 more minute. Never returning again here. Heard food is good but with customer service like that there are other places in DC that are actually worth it.
Don’t go there.These people are very rude.When you there, they act as if they’re giving the food for free.They don’t know anything about customer service or being respectful.I placed an order and the lady told me to pick up in 25 minutes, I walked in after 40 minutes and food was still not ready, she told me to wait another 15 minutes. That orders wasted my 90 minutes, I told them to work on their services and be competitive with others, she replied not to come to their restaurant anymore as if they’re the only place with these foods.Service matters more than food and gain customers.
This is the worst place for food. The quality keeps getting worse and worse. Rude staff. Just do yourself a favor a don’t eat here you will be disappointed. You will have food poising
I bought 3 orders and it was $138 worth of absolute TRASH!!! Could have had 3 orders of Mezeh for 4 days with better food. Please DO NOT GO HERE even if your life depends on it!!!!
Best Afghan food in the region hands down
Their Seekh kabab doesn't taste like meat. I taste like heart and kidneys meat. Either they are using the grounded kidneys and heart meat for seekh kababs or getting the cheap boxes one. Horrible taste.
