First time ordering from Franconia Pizza! Great customer service! I’m from PA and today is Valentine’s Day and my mom (widower) lives in VA. I wanted to send her some good food and Franconia Pizza was able to deliver! I ordered a #3 Calzone and added veggies, chicken wings, onion rings, tiramisu and cheesecake! All was delivered in a timely manner! They even added a note, which made my mom so happy! Thank you so much!! ❤️
I’m not coming back to this spot for one reason the cashier has been rude in more than one occasion she has no patience and her customer service skills are on 0! She wouldn’t think it’s ok to show her patrons attitude. Then make comments like I do this all the time! I order the same things because of her impatience! I live at least 15 mins away and I NEVER SPEND LESS THAN FIFTY BUCKS! So kudos to this cashier for being the MVP AND RUNNING A CUSTOMER AWAY. If she’s done this to me how many others feel the same.Not a good look specially through the unprecedented times….

SO GOOD!!!Franconia Pizza has great & tasty food and wonderful customer service. The owner is super nice and friendly. Our office is upstairs and we order from here all the time. They know each persons order which makes it easier and faster. They make sure that you are satisfied with your order. I recommend 100%.
The pizza was just OK. The wings were good.
Cheese on the pizza was yuck! And I wish I’d gotten the cheesecake or chocolate cake. The Oreo ice cream wasn’t too great
