Wow! The greeting as soon as you walk through the door, fresh burger, and fresh bacon. I went 20 minutes before close and was treated as if they were open during the afternoon. I appreciate the enthusiasm from the staff and the great burger you expect from 5 guys
Wife and I went for lunch, food was very good, made to order, couldn't have been any better!
Amazing as usual! Get as many toppings as you want because it is included! Also the Cajun fries are to die for!
Ordered through Grubhub and had a delivery issue. The manager on duty politely explained how the issue was not on their end but that they would take care of us. Delivery issues are frustrating but the customer service at this location was excellent and the food was fantastic!
Best Five Guys I've ever had. I had to be persuaded into trying Five Guys again. Not even close to the same in another state. Would go back here any time. Delicious burgers and superior service.
Order food and a bottle water for my fiance. Asked if the bottle of water could be room temperature. After paying the cashier pointed to the container with bottled water in in that was on ice. I asked if they had a bottle not on ice, just room temperature. Another team stepped in and said NO. I asked again if they had a bottle in the back not on ice.again, he said NO, without looking. What terrible customer service. Last trip to this, and most likely any other Five Guy's.
Terrible quality of food. Long waIt. Soggy fries! A waste of $19! Long wait, too. I do not recommend this restaurant.
The meal was good and the atmosphere pleasant. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Services were quick.
Food was a little bland for my liking but the condiments were generously given. The amount of fries was a little less than what I'm used to at other Five Guys but it was still plentiful.
The burgers and fries are both excellent. The regular order of fries is enough for two people.
