I am probably one of Five Guys top customers (Not proud from a health standpoint) and I usually go to this store at least 4 times a week. Today was the worst experience ever. Fries cup with exactly 13 fries (yes I counted them), fries were not well cooked, burger was also under cooked. It was disgusting. Period. The kind of experience that mark you to the point you never want to have five guys again (I’ve been a regular of the chain for over 20 years). When I brought it to the managers attention, he looked at me and said: I got you. He didn’t look like he cared at all. It was just a terrible experience.
The team here was super friendly. The place was clean, I'd go here again... But... I've noticed the meat quality at 5G go down a little bit, maybe a bit more gristle? I also think they need to toast their buns otherwise they just turn out a big gooey.But yeah, in and out with efficiency and friendliness at this location was top notch!
Delivery has become constantly inconsistent, with items missing. They are quick to reimburse. May not be a Five guys issue, may be a delivery service issue. When you get it, the food is excellent.
It's Five Guys, so there's not much insight I can add. Food was good. Restaurant was clean and they gave out free peanuts which is a plus. HOWEVER, this is not the place to go to get a deal anymore. Each burger costs about $10! For 2 people with no drinks/milk shakes it cost $30! For a family with kids, this is easily going to be a $50+ dollar meal. I feel bad for the working families out there because this is pricy. Five Guys is no longer a good value.

5 star Five Guys. It is a Five Guys so, the food is what it is. The burgers and fries are good but not going to blow your mind. I am comparing this Five Guys to every other Five Guys I have ever been to and, this one is the best. Food is the best, service is the best, and it is by far the cleanest restaurant I have been to in years. I'm pretty sure you could eat off the front counter and the bathroom door without worrying about catching anything.
I went here recently and had a good experience. The line was not too long and the cashier was friendly. I was very satisfied with the food and it was ready pretty quickly.
Nice clean place, spacious. In the middle of Old Town Alexandria. Clean bathrooms!
The worst experience, order to dine in. They forgot to make my order. Was sitting with my wife and son waiting for 30 minutes. Buy the time another customer returned the food because they give different food that she order. Owner needs more supervision, specifically on weekends.
