Location is consistently understaffed with slow service!I came on a Sunday afternoon to pick up a mobile order of a cold brew coffee and a donut. The lone employee was in the back room for the first 15 minutes as I sat waiting, leaving the place completely unstaffed. Eventually 5 more people were standing around waiting to be helped.I ended up waiting 25 minutes total because the employee forgot the donut I’d ordered. Only after being asked they told me were out of that kind and I chose a replacement.The coffee and donut tasted fine, but service could be better!
Slowest Dunkin’ Donuts of life! The manager verbally cusses his employees as well. Once in a while I forget how horrible this location is and come in. Go to any other Dunkin’ other than this one
Walked in the store and immediately noticed that there was water on the floor of the entrance due to rain and water being tracked in. There was not a wet floor sign, no mat to soak up water, or anything to prevent slips or falls. Got to the front of the line and noticed only 2 people working which was not enough for it being a Saturday morning and busy. Ordered 1hash brown, a pesto breakfast sandwhich, cold brew coffee, and a iced chai. It took about 25 minutes. The food had a terrible metallic taste and we ended up throwing it away. It didn't taste edible. I also noticed (during my wait for food) that cups were dropped on the floor and picked backed up and served to customers. Gloves were not changed when grabbing items from the back storage and floor and then food was being prepared, touched, and served. Will not be back.
Rude behavior I bought egg&cheese croissant show in the pic how hi made and hi give me coffee it was not hit but when I say him it's not hot hi never respond
Poor products and long waits. Espresso machine wasnt working properly resulting in a bad coffee. Employee was fine with the poor and insufficient quality. Also, not enough employees. Management needs to improve it.
Work Dunkin Donuts I have ever been to. Poorly managed. None of the workers are friendly enough to ask me for my order. I sat there for 5 minutes before I decided to walkout. Hopefully they find a better team for this location
No masks at all and burned croissant. Sandwich smells like death and I'm afraid to eat it. The donut was okay though. Not a good experience in food service. You don't send out burned or raw food. Do better.
Visit this store in the 630am and they only had 1 person trying to do orders online and service the customers in line which took over 15mins waiting. Customers were turning back and leaving out.
This location is an absolutely abysmal failure! 2 of the staff member prepared the food without masks and they managed to get 4 orders incorrect include mine while I was there. The wait to get everything sorted out was around 15-to 20 mins. When I got home I discovered 2 out of the 5 sandwichs we ordered were inedible. I called the location and the male that answered just said "hello" and after making sure I called Dunkin, he mumbled a lot then finally stated he was the manager, then continued to answer most questions with ya. He ended the conversation by hanging up..unfortunately these franchises are independently own. Terrible quality and unsafe food preparation, complete trash.
