Great service and liked the food temp. Removed a star for keeping me waiting even after ordering from an app
I was second in line and this guy in font of me was taking his time and then he wanted to make a phone call , so while he is talking on his phone the employee is just watching him. I asked politely “i just want a coffee with a little cream and the guy on the phone, motioned to go ahead “ the employee said no I have too finish this order and continued to just sit and watch the guy on the phone. She had plenty of time to get a coffee, I just left.
I came to this location on December 11th 2021 and anticipated the store being open because that’s what it said online plus I’ve been here earlier than 6am before. Store opens at 5am. I drive to the store and attempt to go inside. The door was locked. I could see the employee inside so I called the store and asked what time they were supposed to open. The employee told me 5am and then quickly said I mean 6am. It was 5:42am. I was pretty upset about this because I had a very long drive that morning and could’ve made coffee myself had I known they were going to open an hour later than it stated online.
The manager she is so rude she doesn’t know how she talks . Before u leave make sure ur order is complet .
For two days they didn’t have any doughnuts but that’s fine what I hate was the customer service I walked in the store wanting to buy some doughnuts no one was there so I spoke loudly to see if there was anyone there they didn’t answer me so I looked over the table and the workers were just sitting down talking and ignoring me finally after ten minutes one of the workers got up and told me what do I need I said why did you guys ignore me for ten minutes she didn’t say anything she just said they didn’t have doughnuts and then I left. The next day I went to get doughnuts I mistakenly asked for vanilla sprinkled when I meant to say chocolate sprinkled doughnut I said I was sorry for my mistake and asked if she could change it she started yelling at me saying didn’t you just say vanilla sprinkled like I know what I said and I made a mistake so I kindly asked her to change it but she was getting so aggressive this place has the worst customer service and is usually out of doughnuts.
Employees could greet customers better
None of their workers had masks on even though they work with food all day. I asked them a question about their food and none of the employees were knowledgeable enough to answer.
So many varieties. It’s like a kid in a candy store. Except it’s a donut store.

Summer time people love Dunkin' especially with the new cold drinks they offer and I like many others will drink hot coffee no matter how hot. I stopped in for a grill cheese for a friend and a drink for me there was a whole family waiting, I waited at the counter 18 min before I was assisted ( I don't blame the young lady who was there), I blame the company with staffing, it should always be two people.
