The staff is nice, but they never follow instructions on mobile orders... I request less cream and sugar but the coffee (hot or iced) is always way too sweet and pale no matter what ...

I ordered online 2 coffees and six dozen ? 10am and I arrived 10:20 am the guy he told me to wait and I’m waiting until 10:55 am and there is a doughnut on the shelf the guy told me there is no doughnut and come tomorrow to get your doughnut for Free I say I already pay or you need to refund the money he disrespects me and shout to me
Donuts are fresh by 6 am, suggest visiting the store before 3
I have a few Dunkin‘ donuts near my house and this is the only location I like. They always make my coffee right and I never have to wait long. Even when they are busy they are really good at getting my order out fast and most importantly correctly. They are awesome!
