Staff were nice, but both drinks in my order were wrong. They made the wrong kind of refresher, and forgot the Chai in my iced chai...so it was just Milk. Also, their register couldn't scan my app for points or payment and I wasn't offered any other option or solutions. They just told me it didn't work without trying to help me. The donuts for donut day were free and yummy though!
This is LITERALLY the worst Dunkin I’ve ever been to. I had an awful experience a couple months ago. Tried it again today thinking maybe it was a one time thing. It’s not. I mobile ordered. Got there and they didn’t even start my order yet. Then they asked me to put my own sugar in because he didn’t want to? The employee seemed drunk. Slurring his words. The place is dirty and the staff is rude. Second time with this awful service and coffee. Will NEVER COME BACK.
I went to order breakfast and they told me they stop serving breakfast at 9am. It’s likely corporate’s fault but my goodness you’re Dunkin’ Donuts. You should have have breakfast sandwiches at least until 10am. Had to leave and go to Starbucks.
Second chance at this location today and again, it was a bad experience. I ordered oatmilk mocha latte with raspberry flavoring. I paid extra for both the oatmilk and raspberry. They made it with regular milk and put no raspberry flavoring in... my nursing baby and I are sensitive to dairy at this time... we're both "paying" now for their mistake (how I know for sure they messed up on the oatmilk also). Good thing it's not a true food allergy... not going to go back to this particular dunkin donuts. I've had no bad experiences at other ones in the area.
Normally this place is great but today the cashier seemed to be distracted by the girls, tried to overcharge me due to his distraction, and my drink was made wrong. Hopefully, its only a one time thing.
The donuts are almost always stale, little variety available, and the manager is not friendly. Iced coffees are rarely made correctly. Disappointed every time I go to this specific location.

Only 5 selections of donuts 2 hours b4 close. Bad attitude of manager. Cold coffee which he said was because of extra cream. NOT!! We both ordered our coffees (not same type) with 5 Splenda and extra cream. Mine was hot. His was cold. I had one of the employees to feel my cup...hot. bathroom was not the worst, but one broken toilet and one working. Dirty toilet paper behind toilet. Inside front door,, entire handle was hanging by one screw.. If I could give negative stars, I would.

Wish I could give them half a star but they at least got somewhat of the order right. 2 avocado toast and 2 orders of bagel bites. Yikes, the avocado toast was place in bags so the avocado got everywhere. The bagel notes just thrown in there. We beat the rush and it still took 15 mins. We kept having to ask for bags and napkins. Very disorganized. Though there is ample parking, will never return to that. Thank you We definitely paid for but piece of toast unless we wanted to lick the bag clean of the avocado.
