I've never had bad Dominos Pizza before. Just drove 8 hrs and needed something quick for my daughter and I to eat for dinner. This was by far the worst pizza I've ever eaten. After tip, I spent $60 for a pizza that was like dry cardboard. I'm not sure what they did to this pizza. When I picked up a slice, the bottom fell off. It was like a burnt matzo cracker. There's barely any cheese. The brownies were burnt along the edges. Disappointing.
My food indulgence. Pizza is solid. I'm addicted to the thin crust but also love the Brooklyn. Workers there are friendly. What more can you ask for.

Easy to order but no place to sit down and wait. People who cannot stand longer than a few minutes are forced to wait in their vehicles.

Came here, ordered online. Pizza was lukewarm, the crust was like cardboard and there was no taste. I ordered here based on a good experience last year but this was just disappointing on a slow Christmas Eve day. Absolutely worst pizza I’ve ever had. I normally don’t ask for refunds, but that’s how bad this pizza was. Wings were great
Pickup time had taken over 1 hour + to deliver, Food was "NOT" hot but luke warm upon receiving! Very Disappointed in the service of this establishment.Didn't even show they were even remotely concerned on the phone when calling about the order taking so long to be delivered. ??

As usual, the flavour has gone downhill. Domino's used to have a good pizza, not so much now. This has been the case in the last five or six Domino's I've visited in the past year or so.
Pizza had no taste. Barely any red sauce. Crust baked at medium was doughy, not good.
