Worst experience ever. My party of 2 sat for 45 mins waiting for the order. I get buzy kitchen but to overlook the small party to accommodate the large party who food arrived in 15 mins is unexplainable. REBECCA DID NOT PLACE MY PARTY'S ORDER TO THE KITCHEN; SO OBVIOUS.March 20, 2022 11am
hair was in my food. and they didnt even take it off my bill
So the hostess was great and the manager really did try and apologize.However, the service was terrible and our food came out cold.Our waitress (Rubelina) essentially took care of everyone around us even if they were seated after us. We were never checked on and our food came out lukewarm. Took the hot sauce from our table even though we hadn’t even gotten our food yet instead of one of the empty tables. People after us got their food before us and she even interrupted us to get someone’s check. We paid for our food and left. Will never be back and after reading the reviews on here, I shouldn’t have went in the first place.

Staff is great. Food comes fast. Last time I got it in less than 1 minute.
Ask for a steak well done and they burn it. Ask to be seated elsewhere and they say no, only to have more and more people seated in the area one just requested. Service is slow.
It was crowded when we went. And that was expected, it was Sunday brunch time. But the Sarver made our day. He was awesome. We gave so many instructions to customize our food, and he took our order patiently, repeated, smiled and left. When we got our food it was just perfect. Thank you so much.
Decided to go to Denny's when the the diner of the street (reviewing them later) was clearly too busy to even get us a drink of water of water within 20 minutes.. So glad that we decided to go to this oldy but goody restaurant instead. We had the skillet meal and the prime rib Bennny. We shared the pumpkin pecan waffles which were surprisingly really delicious! Overall the service was pretty good and I definitely liked that the restaurant was more quiet and the service was good.
My amateur radio club held its Holiday Party here, with eight participants, Thursday December 9th from 7 to 9 pm. We shared the back room with another small group, no problem. Restaurant was clean, service a bit slow, food quite good, separate checks no problem. My turkey with stuffing, mashed potatoes, corn, and a coke came to $14.61. I will definitely come here again.
Staff and managers were very pleasant and professional. Food was fast, hot and delicious. Will definitely come here again!
