One of the coworkers named Grace was extremelykind and welcoming, and she also made the best icecream I've evertried!She mixed the toppings in perfectly! I really dorecommend going to this coldstone
I literally just watched a female employee (black hair in a ponytail with white crocs on @ 8:15ish on 4/5/22) take a napkin and wipe off the bottom of her croc with gloves on, and then continue to go back to making ice cream orders with the same exact gloves on. She was crumbling up cookies and everything with those same gloves on.Duh, of course I left and ordered nothing because I was going to order my 3 year old ice cream. I work in the medical field and don’t play about cross contamination or common sense!!!
The ice creams were delicious and the girl was great and nice. One thing I disliked is the fact that they don’t give you samples. Come on! Is an ice cream shop….It’s like going to buy a perfume without smell it first? So, lucky is that we know all flavors already and we have our favorites but for a new customer or somebody trying a new thing is not good at all, I would walk out of an ice cream shop if I can’t taste something o don’t know how it tastes. COVID? Please… old excuse for no giving samples. They are other ways to be safe.
On Wednesday night, there was a worker with blonde hair. She was very nice and greeted everyone that walked in. Amazing customer service, will be coming back to this location.
Ice cream was great cause Cold Stone ice cream is always great, but the customer service was very meh. I ordered my ice cream, the person bagged it up and we were about ready to proceed with the transaction when another employee took over the register to check out the customer behind me. Very rude. Literally had my card out to pay when this happened. I get it, you only have one register, but there's still a thing called common courtesy.

Cold Stone is great however, I will not be giving business to a place that requires masks. Especially since the CDC guidelines say masks are not needed if you’re vaccinated.
Ignore the account name. Been here multiple times for special occasion cakes and they’ve never disappointed.
